Not recommended for acne-prone people!
During my 1st try, I put it on my cystic pimple in between my eyebrows. After a few hours, the cyst popped and was drained. I thought it was great! BUT, after a few days, more small pimples just broke within the area. Sooo no.
I still gave it a try because I was starting to breakout on my chin. Those were just red pimples that were just about to errupt. The pimple patch made my breakout WORSE!
I ended up going to my derma. She told me that those pimple patches only dry out the top part of the pimple but not the pus inside, hence, it’s only temporarily stopping the swelling of the pimple and then making it worse afterwards.
Maybe this will work for those with good skin complexion and have a tiny pimple. But for those pimples with underlying causes? NO.

Doesn’t stick to your face even if you’ve just washed it. Doesn’t do anything. It’s supposed to be a salicylic gel patch that you keep on overnight but it’s impossible to do that as it just doesn’t stick to your face due to the poor adhesion. Such a waste of money.

These patches are not clear, its like a proper plaster so if you do accidently go out with one stuck on your face then you could say that you have a cut on your face. The patches are rather big compared to other acne patches.
Another difference is that these patches have a gel so when you apply in on the pimple, it has a cooling effect but as it is a gel patch, the skin has to be absolutely DRY when you stick it on, otherwise the patch will not adhere properly.
It has on the packaging that it contains a proven acne fighting ingredient that works all night and visibly reduces redness in days, non irritating and non drying. Whilst it is non drying and non irritating, it does not reduce redness that great- but it does say “days” and one weeks is 7 “days” so its not lying there. I’ve used the patches all day and night on my pustle, papules and cystic bumps and it works on the former 2 but very slowly, and does not work on cystic bumps.
Its priced the same-ish as my other acne patches and works the same though it doesnt absorb secretion well. Theres 3 packages in a box, with each containing 8 patches, which is good as the other patches wont be exposed but for the cons mentioned above I will not be re-purchasing these
