This is the best spot treatment I have found by far. While it may seem expensive for a small bottle, mine has lasted about a year and I’m just now hitting the bottom. No it is not very glam going to bed (or lazing around the house) with pink spots all over the face but if it works, who cares!
This combination of ingredients is absolutely magic. Whether whitehead or blind, my spot is on its way out within two days of application. It can dry out my skin but once the layer comes off, no redness, perfect skin. I have tried a few pink powders, including Mario Badescu and Mizon, and I have to say that this product outperforms them all.

My holy grail!! When it comes to supposed zit-zappers, you name it, I’ve tried it. Anything that has hit the market in the last 10 years in the form of pens, patches, gels, roll ons etc has been on my face at some point, and I had given up hope to find something that actually works until someone recommended this to me and I though- what the heck, lets give it a try. Never again do I want to be without this! Pimples dissapear within a maximum if two nights (I apply the product at the end of my entire routine and leave it on overnight. It does rub of throughout the night but I have found that this doesn’t affect the results). Doesnt irritate my skin at all. Amazing miracle worker!

What a miracle!!! It kills the imperfections in a one or maximum 2 nights. I use it before I go to bed after serum and night cream. During the day I use sunscreen. I wish I had had this product when I was a teenager but now in my almost thirties I have imperfections sometimes. I hope it will never be discounted. It always will be on my cosmetic shelve.

My new HG against hormonal acne.
I have a few localized but persistent cystic nodules, that no other acne treatment else has removed for months (they grow and shrink throughout the month, but never go away). Within 3 or 4 days of using the new Lierac Prescription anti-blemish line for adult acne and combination/oily skin, their are almost completely gone, just some subtle marks behind. I have used the “keratolytic solution” and the “mattifying concentrated gel” mornings and evenings allover my face (avoid drier cheeks), plus the “anti-blemish dual-phase concentrate” local spot treatment on top of the blemishes and have not had clearer skin in years. I plan now to switch to the “Mattifying fluid”, since I think the “gel” is too strong over time and is starting to dry me out, but I hope I can find a balance that keeps the efficiency and is still gentle on the skin.
The dual phase-concentrate should be used with a cotton swab, which is to be dipped into the bottle and applied on the blemish (the dual-phase product should not be mixed before hand). It dries into a white powder and seems to be gentle – it reduces the bump and the redness very quickly, but i have left it on overnight. It is supposed to help fade/avoid acne scars, but I cannot yet comment on that.
UPDATE (removed 2 lippies): after 2 months of use, it doesn’t seem to be so effective in reducing my cystic bumps anymore, nor keeping new ones away…
