I’ve bought this serum 2 x. =The first time I used it on an ad hoc basis here and there because I know my skin is dry, but I have not as yet found a heavy moisturiser that does not block pores. As such I opted for this serum on a beautician’s recommendation combined with my usual Guinot Hydra Beaute moisturiser. I can’t say that I noticed any difference. So the second time around that I’d bought a bottle, I have been much more deliberate and disciplined in using it and have trialed it on half my face only. Unfortunately it seems to block my pores. After around the 3rd day of use I get little lumps/blockages/buttons. I have stopped now and will try again to test to be certain in a week when my skin settles. At the moment it seems that this serum may not solve my dryness problem. Overall I like the product but it doesn’t seem to do what I need it to!
UPDATE: I had a breakout after taking antibiotics a few months later, and the breakout seemed to bring up all my tiny clogged pores to the surface to make my skin look rough. I had significantly more of these on the side of my face that I had tested this serum on. In short I’d have to conclude this blocks my pores.
