It works!! My dermatologist recommended it to me for the dark pigment under my eyes. I baulked immensely at the price (he was selling it for $179) and I managed to score a travel size one on Ebay from the US for $40 including postage. I used this as much as I could through the day for about 2 weeks and I’ve already noticed the difference, its almost gone! I am so happy about this, under my eyes is my biggest downfall with the dark pigment and also some underneath dark colouring under my eyes, I am so happy that this serum has been able to fix one of the problems. I highly recommend trying to track down a travel size bottle on Ebay if you dont want to spend the big bucks and need only a small amount for a small area. I reckon I still have 3/4 of a bottle left of a 8.8ml size bottle and I have been using it sometimes 3-4 times a day.

So I am having a love hate relationship with this product.. I have previously suffered from acne prone skin.. this product along with my aha/bha scrub helps keep my skin free of acne.. on the downfall ever since I started using this I have developed really dark spots on my cheeks which my family has graciously pointed out.. I have been using it for like 9 months now.. not sure what to do :/

Have been using this product for about a week as part of my nighttime routine. I had a recent red mark from a pimple and it is almost completely gone.
I notice that my best, most clear and glowing skin days are the day after exfoliation and applying this serum.
Did not sting my skin as I am used to the 20% mandelic acid in the M2 Skin Refinishing serum.
A bit pricey, but I am definitely considering buying a full size bottle! Perhaps even to replace the M2 that I have been using for three years now.

I’ve used this for the past 12 weeks quite regularly (just about daily). I’ve used this in between using a product with hydroquinone, as you’re meant to take three months off after three months on. I’m treating melasma and sun spots and overall, can’t say I’m impressed. I’ve seen very little lightening (if any, nothing really noticeable) and for a $110 product you’d certainly hope to – at least on the sun spots. Definitely wouldn’t repurchase.

I’ve been using Lytera for a little over 4wks now. Although, there’s no magical reverse aging faery dust in this stuff, I will say that some of the very light sun spots I had are now faded and almost vanished. It hasn’t done much for the darkness around my eyes. I did read that maximum results were in 12wks, so I’m going to stick with it and see what the results are. It’s worth a try, but don’t expect anything unrealistic.

Love this stuff!! I’ve only been using it a week and I notice a huge improvement overall in my skin. I am 43 and spend my 20’s baking in the sun with baby oil and now paying the price. IPL’s have done anything for me. My skin was dull and has some brown patches and this product within one week has started to fade some stubborn spots and my skin feels dewy and bright. I am also using it conduction with the SkinMedica .25 Retinol once a week. Only been a week but I am happy to see how everything turns out over the next couple months. It’s pricey but I will not stop buying this stuff. Worth every penny to feel good about myself!

I purchased Lytera from my dermatologist, where I get BBL (broadband laser treatments which I love). I used an entire bottle as per instructions before leaving this review. While I did not have any adverse reactions, it also did absolutely nothing for my skin, pigmentation or texture-wise. It’s like I was using nothing at all.
On the positive side, the bottle is well made, the dispenser is easy to use and doesn’t clog even until the very end, and the product does last a long time (which makes it even more disappointing that I did not see any improvement).

I am a faithful IPL fan to treat minor hyper- pigmentation and uneven skin tone. I was referred to this product by my plastic surgeon’s office (where I have the IPL’s). I have been using this product for approximately 30 days and can honestly say that I have achieved the same results in the one month of use as I obtain from the $300.00 IPL.
I am a SkinMedica fan and use a good portion of the regimen. This stuff is absolutely miraculous and I don’t provide that type of review easily. I have always used high end performing skin care including La Mer, La Prairie, Zelens and many, many more. This product is worth the money.
