   I tried the Jouviance line because a rep was at SDM and she assured me it is a good line for sensitive skin. This overnight mask makes my skin look like it is glowing and feel soft and plump and healthy. This does just what I want it to: it reduces fine lines and refined my skin’s texture and tone. Love love love.

   However, next time, I will use Mulvennyte for thick lines and make some other adjustments to my line that doesn’t really need adding over the face, rather than using one of a hundred different stuffions, whether it is in skin care or yoga.

   First impression review (based on sample size of product):

   This is a good slow release glycolic acid cream that helps to hydrate and firm the skin while you sleep. It claims to instantly remove dead surface skin cells to visibly diminish the look of wrinkles, pores and hyperpigmentation overnight, promoting a more radiant, even skin tone by the morning. At only 5% it is gentle enough for those just being introduced to at home chemical peels (like myself). I put a thin layer on my face before bedtime and it absorbs in approximately 5-10 minutes. The first thing I noticed after applying this cream is that my skin was not irritated at all. There was no dryness or itching, it felt quite comfortable. In the morning my skin was indeed glowing versus shiny – which is the usual look for an combo/oily skin gal like me.

   The sample size is generous enough to get a few tests out of it but I think I may invest in this to use on a regular basis. I’ll provide an update down the road when I can comment on the long-term effectiveness at diminishing wrinkles, pores and hyperpigmentation.

   Update (03/06/16) – Broke down and bought full size about after running out of sample size (enough for 3 applications). This product has completely resurfaced my skin. It is smooth and even, tone has improved, fine lines diminished, basically it has done what it claims to do. I can’t say I’ve noticed any reduction in the size of my pores yet, but they certainly are no worse. I think it will take some time to see an improvement there given large pores go hand in hand with oily skin. There has been ZERO irritation, and my skin is not as oily as before. I have not experienced any dryness either. In other words, I am hooked and will use this as part of my regular routine.

   Update (04/11/16) – Been using this regularly for over a month and my dark sun spots have faded and are significantly less visible. On the odd occasion where I started to break out (stress and hormonal fluctuations), this cleared me up over night! Pores are surprisingly much smaller which is probably due to less oil production which I am ecstatic about. I absolutely love this product and can not imagine being without it. Adding this to my nighttime skin care routine was the best investment I’ve ever made. I’m estimating one jar will last approximately 3-4 months given how little is gone from the jar so far.
