It’s a decent product that claims to reduce the appearance of dark spots and even out skin tone. I used this in the morning with a moisturiser and sunscreen.
Pros: It works, but over time. I found it was better to even out my skin tone rather than reducing dark pigmentation. Didn’t break me out or sting.
Cons: As everyone else has said, it smells terrible. I can deal with this though because I’d rather a bad smell then having fragrance in a skincare product. It works slowly.
I’m giving this a three even though it does work because I think if you’re looking for something that reduces pigmentation you might be better off with the Vitamin C24 in the same range. It has a more dramatic effect although that product has its own cons.

This stuff smells like absolute garbage, but man, it really works for fading scarring and pigmentation.
It’s a moisturizing cream-serum that delivers on its promises to improve skin clarity, uneven tone, and diminish brown spots. I, and others around me, noticed visible improvements in my skin within 1 week of using. A lot of my natural redness subsided, too.
I like how easily it fit into my AM and PM skincare regimens (I use this in between my AHA/BHA and moisturizer) without any cosmetically adverse reactions. It gets bonus points for being formulated without hydroquinone, kojic acid, mercury, and parabens—most OTC products designed to fade dark marks and scars include one or more of these ingredients and my skin hates all of them.
I got it on sale at Walgreen’s for less than $10, although I know it usually retails around $25-30. For skin that’s sun damaged and/or prone to acne and scarring, I’d recommend this product.

Two lippies because it does work and I love the feeling of this. I noticed a difference in just two days. My skin looked even toned and smooth. I love that this is a serum/moisturizer and it felt amazing on my skin. It wasn’t greasy at all! This works well for my oily skin. I used this twice a day for a week and by the end of the week, I was dealing with a full blown breakout all over and even under my eyes and on my nose which I never break out there. I had to stop using it because it just doesn’t agree with my skin. I also don’t like the smell of this. It smells like mold, almost like the ingredients went bad. I also found it a bit pricy at $29.99 for the size you get which is 1oz.

PROs: The product does work. I did make the darker areas on my face less dark.
CONs: When exposing my skin to the sun, it felt like it was burning my face. I use an SPF and moisturiser for my face, however, it didn’t stop this burning feeling. Although it made areas on my face less dark, it didn’t make my skin glow or feel more radiant either.
Overall, it does work, but I am yet to find product that will reduce my uneven skin tone whilst making my face look radiant and glowing.

This product is AMAZING! I had never heard of this brand until a couple of weeks ago when Priceline offered this for free when you purchase another Indeed Laboratories product. I have been on Accutane for the last 4 months to clear up moderate acne so my skin has undergone many changes lately. One thing that has changed is that thanks to the initial Accutane breakout I now have lots of red marks all along my jawline and over my neck. This is the reason I decided to try Pepta Bright and WOW! It has easily halved the amount of time it takes for the scars to fade and I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks! I also suffer with redness around my nose, on my chin and around my cheeks which has also faded 90% already. I can’t stress enough how great this stuff is! even with the scars my skintone has never looked this even and radiant. Buy this product, you will not regret it!

This product is another good one. I use this under and top of the eye area because I have dark circles and bags. Then I use the eyeslix in the same range. What this product does, is make any dark spots or blemishes, hyperpigmentation whiter. I have age spots and it goes to about 50% and becomes hardly noticeable. This takes about 1 mins on my skin. It is light weight, good quality product, with no fragrance and it is lovely on the skin.
You may want to brighten the whole face with this product, but I use in areas where I want the skin to be a little brighter. I also use it around the corners of my lips where I have slighter browner skin due to age and have slight lines trying to form.
I think it is good value for money. It is a useful tool to eliminate scaring as well. The pepitides work well in this and eyeslix. Pepta-bright is a worthwhile product, which I use on my age spots on my hands and notice about 50% lightness. Yet, you need to reapply it to get the same results. This is a handy tool in my skincare kit. You can try it in Priceline and Chemists before you buy. I love the consistency, packaging of this product. It is a moisturising product aswell. I was lucky to buy this product. It is currently at Priceline on special, I think you buy two products and get 30% off. Therefore I stocked up on this product. I like the small tube size which makes it easy to travel with also.
