This worked as a light moisturiser, nothing more. My skin tone isn’t extremely uneven, I don’t have acne scars or sun spots – but it still did not to make skin look better / more clear or even. There’s a temporary brightening effect after you put the cream on, but that only lasts minutes. The fragrance was nice and it was okay for days when very light moisturisation was needed. That’s about it. Disappointed considering the price, £29 for 30ml.

I really like this product and have just repurchased. I’ve been using it once a day in the am for about 2 months and have seen a reduction in overall redness in my skin and my relatively new acne scars have also faded. I have not conducted a blind trial so cannot say for sure that this product is to thank! It is a very nice, lightweight but hydrating moisturiser that leaves my oily but dehydrated skin plump but not greasy. I need a slightly heavier moisturiser on my dry cheeks as well as this. No breakouts either and I am susceptible to those. Recommended. Negatives are the price (although often on 3 for 2 at Boots) and you can’t tell how much is left in the bottle, although the packaging is very nice with a good pump that disperses the right amount of product.

While this did not do that much to correct dark spots (and nothing a weekend of sun wouldn’t reverse), there were some things I did like about this. This provides the skin a more uniform even look so best for those without dark spots but rather those just seeking a more even complexion. I also liked the refining action, minimal but its there. I also liked the texture, its slightly thicker than most serums but this actually moisturises so its great for layering or when you don’t require much in the way of moisture. It absorbs well, doesn’t ball and is finely textured product. Packaging is great as well. I do recommend this for overall balance of skin as it does make it look more refined without acids, etc. Its gentle but not for dark spots. Despite this, I would repurchase.

I used the serum and the cream and it breaks out horrible with great heavy bumps.
If its effective? I dont know.

This is a new product from Vichy. It’s a serum that corrects dark spots. The scent of the serum is a typical Vichy scent which I really like. The texture of the serum is thicker than I expected but it gets absorbed into the skin well. I’ve only been using it for a few days so I don’t know if it really does what it says, but so far it hasn’t had any bad effects.
