After years of having fairly clear skin, I had a random flare-up of adult cystic acne that was concentrated on my right cheek and jaw line. It was super embarrassing and tough to cure – I even went through a period where I stopped using moisturizer because I felt so oily and acne-ridden. Once I was finally able to get it under some kind of control, I was left with scarring and redness. I thoroughly believe that this product helped fade those spots (not 100% but definitely better) and overall create a more even tone. I feel like it keeps my face clear now and love how moist and plump my skin feels when I apply it. I never miss a night! The only reason that I gave it four stars was because I seriously wish it were in a pump bottle – jars can be icky and unhygienic. Still, I highly recommend for anyone with combination to oily skin and acne prone individuals.

I just started using this product. I am not quite sure how to use it, do you leave it on for a time? do you rinse it off? can you sleep with it on? instructions only say use per doctor instructions.

Gives skin a soft, clear glow. Tingles a little when applied, especially if you just exfoliated but it subsides in a minute or two. Helped my current acne and acne scars, seemed to fade some of the melasma spots as well but not as much as hydroquinone does. Found it cheap at TJ Maxx-went back for more and they were out! Had to pay a little more to get it off amazon but it is still worth it.
I put it on at night, I think it is too thick to wear under makeup and I’m not sure how this product reacts with sun exposure.

This stuff is freaking awesome for combo, oily, dry or acne-prone skin. Based on the seasons and what products I’m using my skin can be any of the above. This is a wonderful AHA that sloughs off dead skin cells while plumping up the skin and imparting a lot of hydration. The texture of the product is really nice – its a lightweight, easily absorbed lotion that doesn’t leave a weird film on the face like some other AHAs do. The glycolic really makes my face look brighter and more “glowy” while diminishing post-acne dark spots AND helping heal breakouts quicker. Seriously, what more could you ask for in a product??? Oh, did I mention it was dirt cheap too? I usually pick mine up at TJ Max or Marshall’s for $6-7.

I first found this at my local Grocery Outlet. Figured I’d try it for $6.99. Loved it. Found more at Marshall’s and bought them all up. I like how it evens my skin tone, gets rid of my acne, and gives me a glow. I recently ran out and two weeks later, I’m breaking out bad. Must find more!!!

I bought this after using the alpha hydrox 10% glycolic acid cream for several months. I wanted to increase the glycolic acid percentage i was using and see how my skin would react. This is definitely stronger than the 10%, and the consistency is more watery. I’m not a fan of the smell, and if you are sensitive to smells you might want to stay away. It smells like roses and cleaner. This does what it’s supposed to, keeps my skin clear and super soft. This stings slightly, and be careful if applying it near your lips because it chaps mine pretty badly. I found this at marshalls and only saw it once, def a repurchase. Wish it was in a squeeze bottle though, the tub is a little unhygenic.
