My review is based on a sample I received from Sephora with a purchase.
My skin is dehydrated and somewhat dry; however, DE’s Lala Retro Moisturizer keeps my skin wonderfully hydrated. Thus, F-Balm adds nothing to the mix for me. There’s really nothing else to say about it. F-Balm didn’t irritate my skin in any way, so I’ll give it two lippies.
I do admit this product might be useful for someone who is having trouble with dry and/or dehydrated skin. This product is overpriced, and there are similar gel serum type masks that hydrate and can be used as sleeping masks. F-Balm has good points, such as quality ingredients that have a low likelihood of irritation, but it is not worth the $52 price tag.
