I hoped for a good result because reviews were quite positive. First of all, the strip itself is very small and honestly they didn’t do much at all. Price is way too high for just 6 tiny strips. But it’s not the worst part. The thing is, I think my pores looked way better before I used it! I just hope that my pores come back to normal. basically not only these strips didn’t work, they had an opposite result in my opinion.

They’re much more effective than Biore for me and I’ll rebuy these, but I don’t love them enough to call them HG. I’m still on the lookout for something better but I don’t mind rebuying these in the meantime.
These make no difference if you’re just applying them straight with nothing special beforehand, but if you apply them immediately after a warm/hot shower it works significantly better.
These still pale in comparison to using a BHA. If you *really* want to prevent blackheads (instead of trying to get rid of them after they’ve appeared) then look into a chemical exfoliant. They’re also much cheaper in the long run. Before I started using a BHA I would require one of these strips every week. Now, I only need it maybe once a month, and there’s still waaay less blackheads then.
Don’t be put off by people who act like pore strips are the worst things to happen to humanity – there’s actually no reliable source that says pore strips damage your skin. There are only anecdotal stories, and if you refuse to follow the instructions and yank them off harshly after leaving them on for too long then of course you’re going to hurt your skin a bit. I know none of the reviews here claim that pore strips are bad, but it’s still a very common “this will destroy your skin PERMANENTLY” myth that gets parroted around a lot online despite there being no trustworthy study claiming so (just like the St Ives apricot scrub myth).
Update: The 3 step Holika Holika nose strips are far better quality than these. Sure it’s more expensive, but they actually do the job and I think a nose strip that only gets out maybe half of what you want is a total waste of money especially since you end up spending more in the long run by using it more frequently. I use the Holika Holika once a month along with Paulas Choice BHA and they make the biggest difference. I previously tried the Cosrx BHA which didn’t make any difference at all.

Does what it’s supposed to do, if maybe not to the extent I’d wish. Here in Sweden there aren’t that many options to choose between when it comes to pore strips, and in comparison this one definitely gets a passing grade. If only it wasn’t so satisfying to use these… Because the price certainly isn’t much fun!

I purchased these the other week in a drugstore as I couldn’t find the Biore nose pore strips. You get about 6 in a pack, I think I got them for about $6 not as pricy as the Biore ones and it’s a good job as I used them all within 2 days trying to experiment and get them to work. The first one didn’t remove any blackheads at all. To me I had to use all 6 before I could see my nose clearer, rather than seeing a big result on one single pore strip.
Perhaps some of them worked better than the others as I perhaps didn’t do it properly or leave it on long enough or wet my nose enough. I think I found a better result after I did the face steaming, face mask then used a nose pore strip technique.
The other day I found the Biore nose pore strips and I think I will give these a try since I have heard alot of good reviews on them and people say they can see a big result on using just one nose pore strip, I also like that the Biore ones have more in a pack even if they are pricey.
Packaging is good, simple and I liked the ‘down to the pore’ wording.

works pretty well. i loveee formula 10.0.6 so so so so much!!! I own almost all of their products and love each of them! I also have many black heads on my chin so I tried it there, and it worked very well! very good

This product didn’t work for me, it didn’t reduce my blackheads on my nose at all! Some people say when they remove the strip after having it on for the recommended time that their strip was full of dirt that it sucked out, but mine barely sucked out anything. I don’t see that my blackheads have reduced in size, they still remain there ugh I hate them! Also I think the product is pretty expensive because I think I only got 6 strips when I brough it. Arghh the packaging is so cute formula 10.0.6 really has a good marketing, but it didn’t work for me at all!

i’ve always been a biore pore strip girl, mostly because i don’t think i’ve ever seen another brand of pore strip before i saw these
now i’m in love…totally in love
i used a biore strip on my nose on monday, then i used a down to the pore on tuesday…and wow even more stuff came out of my nose than the day before!
i also used a scrub and mask and toner inbetween monday’s pore strip and tuesday’s pore strip…and still had lots come out!
[i have really bad blackheads at the moment clearly]
i only wish they made these in more shapes!
gave it a 1 for price because i picked these up not on sale for $6 or something like that in Australia at Priceline

these are wonderful.
i used my first one the other night, and it looked like a porccupine when i removed it lol it was creepy and kool all at once to know all thast gunk was in my nose.
only thing i dont like is it only does your nose, not your cheeks too. or even other parts of your face would be nice

I’ve tried many pore strips over the years including Biore, which didn’t do much for me. These are the same. Didn’t notice much happening really. The blackheads on my nose still remain there. Gives the skin a slight refreshing/cooling sensation. Didn’t work for me but probably will for others. These hurt less than the Biore ones (when taking the strip off).
