DONT BUY DERMITAGE- ITS A SCAM. I have very sensitive skin and ordered Dermitage after seeing an ad online (it was a “free trial”, right? What’s there to loose?) The product arrived while I was away and I didn’t actually open or use it until after the 14th day and I didn’t see the “return in 14 days” because this disclaimer is stuff in among a bunch of other materials about how great their product is. But, I was willing to “eat” the $92 charge since I figured it was my fault for not realizing that free didn’t really mean free for Dermitage. About 2 weeks later, I get another $92 charge on my card from them- thought it was a mistake. When I called, they informed me that they had shipped another box of the product. I said I don’t want it and I’ll send it back without opening when it arrives. Then the person I spoke with spent a lot of time trying to convince me why I should continue using Dermitage (very hard sell). After several times saying I don’t want the product because it wasn’t worth $92, she says that all sales are final therefore Dermitage can’t/won’t take the product back- I have to keep it. I have NEVER heard of a company that stands by their product that won’t take it back- All the reputable companies in the beauty industry will take back their products if the customer isn’t satisfied. I’ve taken back opened/used foundation to Lancome when I had an allergic reaction to it- Not only did they take it back, they helped me find other products I could use. I told Dermitage that their sneaky underhanded practices are exactly the reason I don’t want their product and I will post my dissatisfaction every chance I get. I hope they are happy with their $184 of my money because I’m hoping my posting will stop at least 10 people from being scammed by them.

OK so here’s my take-
a) I read the terms and condition which are clear besides the vague “we may charge a restocking fee” which reading these reviews I know is a definite. $20 per item or so if opened.
b) this stuff is not any better than say aveeno or something of a high end drug store brand that costs considerably less. Plus their “free trial” is so not free. And lots of people have been scammed so I say give ’em a taste of their own medicine.
What I did was order the product, scoop it all out into a container left over from some of my own skin creme (that was worth the $75).
Next I called back and got an RMA number, paid $4 to ship it back but cancelled my credit card before they could attempt to charge their dumb restocking fee.
I mean I have never done something like this in my life and don’t really recommend it bc I admit pretty immature. Maybe I was ticked off at companies like this when I was duped and charged an arm and a leg for my “free trial” of my herbal colon cleanse a month ago.
Bottom line is this…if the product was worth a FRACTION of what they claim it to be, it would not be on a free trial basis and you would not see it selling on ebay for hmmmm…yes, exactly…the same price I would spend at walmart on neutrogena.

I ordered this trial but somehow it didn’t went through, so I called the company, and talked about how I wanted to improve my eye area, and the lady “kindly” suggested me to order a single product in stead of the trial, and also told me that I could return it within 30 days…
Last week I finally got the product…
But it caused me zits around my eyes, and the bottle was so hard to squeeze that I ended up get too much out at one time..so I called back and for return information, but they said “NO!” cuz’…it’s a single purchase, and it’s final sale!!!
So so so unfair!
I recommend people not buying any from this company, I rather go buy at department store!
(plus, I squeeze all out, and found out that it’s so little like four piece of nail size, cost me $61!!! What a waste!)
