I have been using Clindozyl Gel every other night along with Stieva-A 1% cream for the past 2 years. I will never go without either one again. Since beginning this treatment my skin is completely clear and very rarely will I ever get a pimple. I didn’t find this dyed out my skin at all either. Only thing that I would caution with this product is that after 2 months it is not as effective and should be replaced right away.

I’ve used this gel on and off for years. It worked on my cystic extreme acne years ago and now I’m using it for my little breakouts I get. Bottom line, it works really well for me buuut I have a few grips with this product that you need to take into consideration beige using this. The first ensign that it stains things like crazy, don’t use your nice bed sheets and towels while using this and make sure you clean the hell out of your hands after using this as I’ve bleached a few clothes already. Second being that this pretty much burns my skin, it feels fried and extremely irritated and it flakes and hurts to apply moisturizer. I recommend you only use this on the areas you need it and not apply it heavily on your entire face.

This completely cleared the acne I had on my back and chest when I used it in combination with Differin. I applied it at night and the Differin in the morning. After one month my skin was clear. However, there are a few cons to using this. It will bleach fabrics, and can cause skin irritation/dryness (it did for me).

I don’t know why, but this is the only acne cream that my skin responds well to. Actually, my skin responds amazingly to this! I’ve used this cream for a couple years, and whenever I run out, my skin gets a little crazy. My skin is dry with the occasional cystic breakout, for reference. I’ll try to put off going back to the doctor to get more, but I always end up having to go back to renew my prescription for this. It’s just great and no other acne cream compares. Something about this formula is oddly moisturizing, which works very nicely in combating the severe dryness that can occur from the benzoyl peroxide that this treatment also contains. The combination of benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin in this acne cream is almost like magic! I recently tried a tretinoin/clindamycin acne topical treatment that was disastrous, and left my skin in need of serious repair. Also, whenever I try just plain benzoyl peroxide acne treatments from the drugstore they somehow manage to dry out my skin so badly, while hardly doing anything for my acne. It’s not really worth it for the dryness that occurs with drugstore treatments. Like I said, this treatment is oddly moisturizing which is perfect in such an effective acne treatment. Bottom line, this stuff works. Nothing works for my skin other than this cream (stomps cystic acne, and stops any other form of acne in its tracks). I also had a weird bumpy acne-like rash of skin colored tiny bumps about a year ago on my forehead which nothing cleared up, but this stuff did! This cream solves all my skin issues. I couldn’t recommend this more!

I first started getting acne when I was 11 years old and my mum had bought me Proactiv which worked like a charm and I never got any acne while on Proactiv. But when I was about 17, Proactiv didn’t seem to work anymore and I broke out like crazy. At the time, I thought that it was just a phase, but acne still continued to be the bane of my existence. I tried Exposed skin care, Clinique, neutrogena, birth control, and I even went back to Proactiv for awhile, but nothing worked. All the topical treatments I used treated my acne, but nothing seemed to stop them from coming back. And birth control only seemed to make it worse. Things only got better when I went to my doctor six months ago and was perscribed Clindoxyl gel. This stuff is my holy grail acne treatment and it’s the only thing that worked in three years to get my skin back to the way it was. The only downside was that it wasn’t covered by my health care plan and it was pricey at $65 per tube. The tube is kinda small, but keep in mind that a little goes a long way when it comes to Clindoxyl gel. I only use this once a day at night since it can make your skin a little bit red especially in the beginning. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has struggled with acne.

I was always prescribed this by my doctor. It works like a charm. I am lucky in the sense that I don’t have to pay for it. it doesn’t sting and makes popped pimples smaller. Usually it works for me, but I guess cause the winter is harsh here, it’s not as effective. It usually takes 3 weeks to get rid of pimples but now it’s been 2 months and 2 weeks and its okay I’d say. Not sure if season has to do with it, but every time I was prescribed it, it was in the warm season. It’s worth it though, and I will keep using it 🙂 this doesn’t help with acne hyper pigmentation or scars at all. Use a retinol such as stieva a

I was prescribed the product about a month ago by my dermatologist, since then I have used a pea sized amount and spread it all over my face everynight and washed it off first thing in the morning. This product does make your skin feel quite dry so i highly suggest only to use it when you don’t have anywhere to go. It works well but perhaps not as well as it should for how expenzive it is. However since i’ve been using it i have noticed i’ve been getting less pimples which is great. The only problem i’ve had with this product is a result of my own mistake. Three days ago i was rushing to get ready for school and forgot to wash off this product (big mistake) i ended up applying a moisturizer and my makeup over top and halfway through the day my skin was bright pink and starting to burn. By the time i got home my face was dry, itchy, red and very swollen and still has yet to heal…

I’ve struggled with cystic acne for years and I finally wen’t to see a dermatologist. She prescribed me this gel and I have to admit, I was scared to use it. I thought it would be too harsh and would make my acne worse. I started using it in November 2013 and since then I’ve had NO CYSTIC ACNE! I rarely even get a pimple anymore. It shrunk and cleared up my acne in just a few weeks. The gel is gentle, doesn’t dry my skin out and a little goes a long way. The doctor told me to moisturize around the area so it doesn’t clog my pores.
Iam so happy with the results, my skin has never been this good. I will definitely re-purchase this product.

This product is good. I have acne prone skin because I am 15 and this often cures most of my breakouts. However, I find that I have to pop my pimples to get the product to work or else it just sits on the surface. I have to pop it so that it goes into my skin. This product usually works for spot treatments.. however, I sometimes have light cystic acne and this does not cure it at all. Overall good product, around 55-60 dollars, works well for light acne.

One word. Amazing. This stuff is fantastic! I also use retin a. But my doctor prescribed both for my acne and at first I stayed away from this stuff for almost a year cause I was scared it would mess up the retin a & side effects. Wow I’m So glad I tried it! I was having a major breakout 4 pimples all next to each other. Ouch! And I have a bad habit of picking them. I was scared this was going to make me dry but nope! My skin is very oily so this helped. I put it on and the next day my pimples reduced big time! I wish I would have used this sooner! It’s been 4 days and my breakout is almost clear considering they usually last forever 🙁 my skin is smooth and I can tell my scars look less noticeable and I’ve only been using this for like a week!! Great product. Was 110 without insurance but with insurance I paid nothing!
