I bought this serum in a panic, when I got to that stage of “I will do anything to clear my skin of acne!!!” My acne is not so bad, but for me, Yaz pills have really worked wonders to clear up my complexion and stop excruciatingly painful menstrual cramps. Imagine that I`ve been on them for almost 20 years now, and during this time, my complexion has been crystal clear and beautiful. Now that I am in my 40`s I`ve had to come off the pill, and my skin is not happy about it. This serum might work better for someone who isn`t suffering from hormonal acne, because for me it hasn`t done a whole lot in terms of clearing up or preventing my breakouts. What it works well for is sebum control and shrinking pores. It comes in a really small bottle, so it`s not the cheapest of serums given the price (about 30 bucks in Japan) to size (30ml) ratio. On the bright side, I don`t really need a lot of product to do my whole face. Should definitely use a moisturizer with it, because even for my oily combo skin, this isn`t really hydrating enough. Not a huge fan of the perfume scent: it`s nice, but wholly unnecessary.
