I have gone through many bottles of this stuff and I’ll continue to use it until they discontinue. It’s not inexpensive, the packaging is a pump and it works, one squirt giving what I need.
So why do I need it? This is a product that, for me, works like a very good primer. I add one squirt to my moisturizer with sunscreen and let it dry before putting on anything else. This alone can provide me with a poreless skin look. I can also add a squirt of MAC face and body foundation, sometimes a pinprick of MAC strobe, mush it all up in the palm of my hand and apply it with my hands and fingers all over my face neck, ears, everywhere. This just gives me natural, flawless looking skin.
I use the above ingredients in various ways depending on what I’m doing and where I’m going but this product is always in the mix.
This product alone, evens out my skin, blurs pores, and lightens (although this is not a problem with me). I simply love it! And I’ve tried my share of primers. It’s a serum plus primer.

I had gotten a really bad sunburn which peeled and left my skin with a bunch of little brown spots. I had a little on my face, but most of it was on my shoulders. Even though this is marketed for the face, I used it on both my face and my shoulders. It’s been about 3 weeks of using it about 3 to 4 times a week (I am bad about applying it every day) and the brown spots are fading so much you can hardly see them. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I wasn’t that expensive either and my representative had saved me 20% on my purchase so I did buy a few other things too that I love. I love Avon, I just wish they had a local store! You can get this product from my sales rep and contact her or find your own at their website.

This is my stuff. I use it every day twice a day under moisturizer. I buy it the old fashioned way from my avon lady…its pretty pricey but I just stock up whenever its half off and as a result I have like nine bottles stashed away-lol. Im a product junkie/hoarder fyi. Avons Anew skincare products generally impress me and I was super excited when this first came out cuz it targets the very issue that bother me most which is uneven skin tone. Also its just a very good lotion in general imo. I don’t have dark spots/age spots-yet-but I do have post acne marks and just general blotchiness that stands out on my pale skin and I feel like this helps fade that-maybe not to an incredible degree-but enough that I feel its worth hoarding. It doesn’t break me out or cause irritation on me which for me is the most important criteria since I can break out or get rashy from the most seemingly innocent of products. And Ive tried MANY. So yeah. As a combo skin lady this is not moisturizing enough for me on its own-I need to moisturize immediately after-but this has so many wicked ingredients and antioxidants that I feel like I could use a crap bare bones moisturizer afterwards and still be good to go. However, I don’t, Ive been layering the Anew Vitale moisturizer over this lately, and my skins been super smooth. I definitely recommend this to people with similar skin types and skin concerns. Wont give it a 5 cuz although it has improved my skin lots, it hasn’t knocked my socks off as far as fading red marks. But as of yet nothing else has either. Try it!

Can’t say I am overly impressed, nor have I seen any visible results to make me a believer. I was hoping that I would see a real difference on a small spot of sun damage on my face and I haven’t. Not sure if I am using it correct as all it says is to apply to a cleansed face day and night. Perhaps its better to wear under make up. Who knows. The packaging is definitely pretty. The bottle is certainly attractive and the pump is a nice feature. But of course with any pump, it eventually cannot pump any more product at a certain stage so luckily the top is able to be taken apart and you can get more of the product out. There is a decent amount left too I might add.
Goes on nicely and my skin felt softer, however, I did not like the smell at all.

This product is wonderful as a moisturizer. It has a very light, lotion-like texture and absorbs into the skin very nicely. It comes in a very pretty, green tinted, pump bottle. It does not have any noticeable scent, in my opinion. It does not contain SPF, but I honestly prefer that, because I am quite sensitive to added SPF in products. As far as “tone correcting” it has done quite a bit for my sun spots, redness, and overall condition of my skin, but I wish there was a more noticeable result on my acne scarring. The acne spots have gotten a bit lighter, but nothing dramatic. I use this product both morning and night, after washing my face, in place of a regular moisturizer. I personally do not need any additional moisturizer. This product does not irritate my sensitive, oily skin, which is absolutely wonderful! My skin is super sensitive to everything! Like I said, I wish it did a little more for the acne scarring, but that’s just wishful thinking because I do understand that most topical products are not going to perform instant miracles or anything 🙂 overall, there’s just something about this stuff that I absolutely love. I am actually on my second bottle, and will most definitely repurchase!

i’m 45. I have some sunspots & a light NE ancestry so I needed something to lighten those plus the slight uneven skintone that can develop at my age. I used my first bottle in the morings & saw no results so switched to night use 2nd and 3rd bottle. i’m seeing much more noticeable results using it at night. the sunspots are lightening but more noticeable is my skintone looks much more even pre-makeup. I will keep using. I buy all my Avon on Ebay since it’s SO much cheaper. I just bought a bottle for $7 which is a $27 savings. the previous reviewer said it has a light, almost unnoticeable scent….my first bottle was the same but the second bottle had a stronger, herbal scent which dissipated quickly. the bottle doesn’t last very long with every night use & with most bottle of any skincare item I can remove the top to get all the product, but not this bottle. once it stops pumping, you have to chunk the bottle. if there’s another reviewer who can share how to remove the top, i’d love to know.

This stuff is great! I’ve been using it every night for the past 3 weeks or so (okay I skipped a few nights…but hey a girl gets sleepy sometimes!) But I have seen great results. I have pretty good skin, with slight discoloration that I think everyone has when not wearing makeup, I also have some small dark acne scars. But this has made that significantly less noticeable.
The texture is like a light water based lotion, sometimes it clogs my oily pores, other times it doesn’t depending on if I exfoliate or not before using. Also there is no heavy fragrance, it has a nice clean unscented smell to it.
The only con is the $40 price is a little high for an avon product! I got mine off of ebay for $9 so I suggest you look around, but I definitely recommend!
