This is one of my favourite brightening masks/peels. It has great ingredients which include glycolic acid, niacinamide and vitamin c. It helps keep my skin clear and has done wonders for hyperpigmentation on my checks and jaw line and has corrected the overall tone of my skin. My only complaint is that I wish it was in a tube instead of jar to protect the stability of the ingredients.

This is the first, and (so far) the only Lather product I’ve used.
I’ve had mine for about 2 to 3 months and still have just over 1/2 the jar left, and I use this fairly often – about 3 or 4 times/week .
(I also use Tretinoin gel 0.1% and I’ve done some at-home peels (glycolic and also the TCA 20 or 25%) so my skin is a bit used to fairly potent product and stil,, I do feel a tingling with this, and I’m good with that because to me, it’s telling me it IS affecting my skin.
I’m impressed with the results! It has offered the brightening effect and keeps my skin fresh-looking. (Check out the ingredients – impressive!)
Definitely recommend this glycolic acid Brightening cream/mask. One I’ve used this up I’ll be ordering one of their other masks

If you’re a fan of Philosophy Microdelivery Peel I highly recommend you give this a try as well! This is different from Philosophy’s in that it’s a one-step cream, but the results I get are comparable. 10 Minute Brightening Mask makes my skin feel like my 8 year old daughter’s skin. It looks noticeably brighter, and this sloughs away fine lines. It seems to help keep skin tags off my neck, too. Best of all, this comes in a a 4 oz. jar that costs 1/2 the price of 2 oz. (1 of gel, 1 of crystals) of the Philosophy Peel! As I’m getting older I’m making an effort to be easier on my skin, and I don’t seem to need the “harsh” products like I used to. 10 Minute Brightening Mask doesn’t sting on my skin, so I think it may be a little milder than Philosophy’s peel, but it could just be the difference in how my skin reacts to the Glycolic Acid in Lather’s vs. the Salicylic Acid in Philosophy’s. Bottom line – I love this mask/peel and it’s a great deal.

I was on the search for a brightening mask, and read a review by a poster that recommended this mask. Didn’t see any reviews for this mask, so thought I’d leave one. It’s a good value, $30 for 4 oz, and you just need a thin layer. Word of advice. . .follow the directions, and make sure to wash it off after 10 minutes, and be sure you rinse well, no residue. . because it will burn. It has some great quality ingredients. . glycolic acid, niacinamide (vitamin B3), lactic acid are listed as the first couple of ingredients. I have been using this once or twice a week along with the vitamin C serum by Protective Nourishment (a skincare brand recommended by a friend. .she ‘s recommended nothing but great products, so I trust her judgement ..pricey serum, but great results), for about a week and a half, and already see a difference.
