Works great if you understand what it is for. This is not an everyday anti-aging product. This is an “emergency” morning fixer for under eye bags. Ever wake up with really puffy, swollen, luggage under your eyes? The kind caused by temporary water retention due to allergies, drinking, late night weepy movies. The kind of swelling that is painful and will eventually go down on it’s own, probably in less than 24 hours, but you need it to deflate right now. This is the product. It works. It’s strong and will make your eyes water, so it should only be rolled on the very bottom portion of the puffy bag – not directly under the eye or all over. You don’t need to use very much. It also starts to lose potency within a year and has to be replaced. This product is not a treatment regiment…it’s an emergency corrector for temporary excessive swelling under the eyes.

Overpriced and useless. I saw no improvement from using this gel. It didn’t “dramatically reduce the visible signs of aging — fine lines, wrinkles and crow’s feet.” I’ve used the whole bottle. Check a cheaper brand or make your own.

Im not too sure what to make of this product- but I do think it depends on the codition of your undereye area. I used to use this product when I was in my early 20s and had no signs of ageing, and I honestly felt at that time it did enough for my undereye area to look refreshed, toned and glowy. Then I stopped using this product for about 6 years and since then my undereye area has aged a little and I have developed tear troughs which I think is genetic for me. Now I no longer feel this product does anything for me, in fact, I feel it might be drying my under my eye area if I do not use it in conjunction with another eyecream or serum, it also does not provide a good surface for undereye makeup. I’ll use it til it’s finished and then I’ll be moving on to something much better.

I’m not sure what this is supposed to do but it’s one of the worst things I’ve ever had on my skin. I used it for 3 days and it dried my eye area out to the point of almost getting scabs. Huge nasty red flaky patches everywhere that took weeks to recover from. Horrifying.

i use this eye gel once or twice a week,or when i feel tired/sleepy.i can not see any result for reducing my under eye fine line,or lightering my dark circle.but it is nice product to use,and 1 small tube last for ever.

this is one of the few products that help get rid of my dark circles, and i see results pretty quickly- in less than a week. and the minty gel is really great for waking me up, it’s like a coffee kick for the eyes. take care, don;t put too much the first time, it may be too minty/ strong for you. It’s a gel, so I only use it in the morning. I use this in conjunction with a eye cream at night.

I have been using this product for years, and have never had a tube break or leak (except for the one I accidentally ran through the washing machine, oops). I have puffiness and dark circles, regular use of this product really diminishes them. When I haven’t had enough sleep, this makes me look well rested. In the past few months have been using it in conjunction with Clinique’s All about eyes rich formula; together they are really brightening, and effective in minimizing the fine lines that are starting to appear around my eyes.

Had a day at the Spa, which is where I first encountered this pricey little container with a roller ball applicator that kept getting stuck and leaked all over… but I used it daily and as needed because I got hooked on the cooking effect it gave my eye area. The smell is fresh and I felt like I was doing something good for myself. After finishing the bottle and seeing no good or bad results I opted to repurchase the Oil of Olay pot of eye gel that is usually one of my staples.

I received this as a gift. I do not believe I would purchase it again. It works but it stung my eyes. That is so not worth it. There are other products out there which don’t sting.

this product SUCKS. first of all, the tube is flimsy as anything, I broke TWO (one fell on the CARPET and broke) and had to buy a third before I even got to try it. it made me cry, and that tube broke right after hah. I should have learned with the first.
