My eye area: Some fine lines, my skin is very fair and thin so you can see the vein under my eyes as “dark circle”, some puffiness, normal to dry eye area.
The result I got from this cream: The cream is more on the thick side compare to gel and oily eye creams (although not too thick), therefor its white texture gives a little, temporary coverage for my dark circles. No change on my fine lines though I don’t think any cream (maybe with the exception of some retinol creams) can do anything about that. It moisturized my eye area, but I liked the result of All About Eyes cream by Clinique better. The feeling on my skin I get from All About Eyes is just better and it makes my skin softer than this cream, yet cheaper.
A good side of this cream is that it has a very long list of ingredients. So even if one ingredient from the formula does not work for you, another might. Though the long list of ingredients is also the risky side of this cream. More ingredients, more likely one of them might cause irritation for you. Considering the very high price of the cream, I would definitely recommend trying a sample first.
I got 3 sample sizes of this cream, I will not be buying. I don’t think any 15ml cream worth the $136.00 price.

Yeah, what can i say, costs a limb but if you can afford it, buy it. I find this to be better than La Mer and La Prarie eye creams around the same price mark. It is quite thick and you only need a tiny amount, I like to layer serum underneath and use this on top. The effect is tightened, lifted and smoothed skin. Takes about a week to fully work and once you start, don’t stop! I have tried 2 other Darphin eye creams, which were meh, nothing special but this is in a different league. It has smoothed out the fine lines as well. To ensure you don’t use too much (milia, arrgghh!), I moisturise well underneath this. I have already repurchased, you can get this from escentual.com for a third off when they have the french skincare promotions. I’m testing out the face cream but so far, its not as dramatic as this.

Darphin is right on in its claims. This is truly an amazing and luxurious eye cream that contains a highly effective concentrate that simultaneously targets and improves fine lines and aging around the eye.
Unfortunately, this is a whopping $136 — but it does work on my mature, dry skin around the eye area. Not sure if I will purchase.
