I got this on a whim, because I was traveling on a conference in Japan and had forgotten to pack an eye cream. For 800 JPY you get a ton of product, I mean the tube looked more like a hand cream tube really. I liked that the product is unscented, it doesn’t contain mineral oils, and it is incredibly hydrating. It contains soy exactract, so it has a lot of isoflavones, supposedly. Does it get rid of dark circles? No. Does it hydrate? Yes. Does it give rise to millia? Unfortunately, yes. Which is why I would not repurchase. But I will keep this for those bitingly cold, windy days or for when I go skiing and I will want a richer, more emollient eye cream.

This is one of the better eye creams I’ve tried in a while – it nourishes the eye area well and is so easy to dispense and travel with. I got it in Japan for a very good price – about USD8.
Here’s a summary of its pros and cons based on my experience.
What’s Great?
1. It’s a Thick Cream
2. Lasting Hydration without Being Overly-Greasy or Sticky
3. Plumped Up the Undereye Areas
4. It’s Affordable
5. Hygienic and So Easy-to-dispense
6. Light & Portable
7. No Fragrance and Mineral Oil
What’s Bad?
1. No Lightening of Dark Circles
