Sure don’t understand the low reviews, iam extremely sensitive on eye and face, nothing works as it either burns my eyes or makes me look worse, or else its sticky, watery or thick. Anyway I love there shower gel and body wash and makeup remover and face scrub as they all keep skin soft and smooth. No reactions or allergies. This eyecream in a pot is smooth and soft and leaves no oily residue on face. Absorbs totally. I have no under eye darkness so I can only speak for puffyness and lines and this products works to have eyes look rested. I got tired of people asking me if I was tired, so I bought this. I wasn’t using anything recently as everything causes a problem for me. I love this and I bought at Ulta along with face serum. Anxious to see what people say or comment now. I love there products and they work, I only used lauder advanced night repair for face and eyes in past and this product is just as good or better. I will buy again.

I actually do like this eye cream! I have really difficult eye bags, especially in the mornings. When I pop this sucker on, I can actually feel the cream kind of energize my eyes a bit for a few minutes. I would just advise to not use too much of this product. I used the cream one night, and used a pretty good amount of it. I woke up the next morning, and I guess I had been touching my eyes or something, and the product got all over my cheeks and broke me out quite a bit. No crazy strong smell, if any at all. The pot package makes it pretty convenient, so at least the older package problem got updated!

I had no problem with the pump dispenser like the other reviewer unfortunately had,it worked fine for me,just pressed the nozzle down and it dispensed a small amount.
The problem I do have with this product is the flaking,no way could you use this under make up,I only use it at night because of this.
Feels a bit sticky when it’s on,didn’t really brighten the skin.

I’ll get straight to the point with this one. This is a terrible eye cream, for one reason and one reason only. Namely, the bottle it comes in. The suggestion on the back of the box to ‘squeeze a smidge of Make Yourself Youthful Eye Cream onto your fingertips’ before proceeding to rub it in, is hindered by one thing – the bottle it comes in is totally impossible to operate!
On first use I honestly thought it was something I was (or wasn’t) doing. Perhaps, like other bottles I’ve had of this nature, the top needed turning a few times before the product could be dispensed? Nope. OK then, perhaps I need to push the bottom up (if you’ll excuse the phrase) to force the product to the top of the bottle? Nope, not that either. It’s no exaggeration when I say I struggled with this for a good 10 mins, trying to get something – ANYTHING – to come out. In the end my husband had to butcher the bottle for me so I could dispense the cream into a screw top jar I keep to hand for just such an occasion.
And here’s the real rub – I emailed S&G to comment on the fact that I’d had a major issue with the bottle and the reply I got was… well nothing, because they’ve never got back to me. It’s been well over 3 weeks now so I’m guessing they never will, so that’s a black mark against their customer service as far as I’m concerned. And on recently looking at their website they’ve now changed the packaging to a screw top container, suggesting I wasn’t the only one with this frustration.
As for the cream itself, there’s not much to say really. It’s ok but it’s not worth the 14.00GBP they’ll charge you in Boots to buy it. It hasn’t (as the box claims) helped to disguise my dark circles or made my eyes appear fresher, lighter and brighter. As with other S&G products I’ve tried, this is another fail for me.
