almost immediately I also experienced tunnel vision, my nose started to drip, I felt like I had a headcold and felt like shit for a few hours!!! I was legit worried that I needed to go to the ER, tunnel vision was crazy!!!

These eye drops work amazingly well to remove redness, and they definitely made my eyes look perky and refreshed almost immediately. My eyes looked almost eerily white after one drop of LUMIFY. Unfortunately, after several consecutive days of use and happily sharing my great whitening results with anyone who would listen, I experienced very, very dry uncomfortable eyes. My eyes actually hurt and felt sore and didn’t feel better even after using moisturizing eye drops. I discontinued use immediately and looked further into what might have caused my reactions to this product. The active ingredient in LUMIFY (Brimonidine Tartrate) contains a small amount of a glaucoma medication which reduces eye pressure by increasing fluid drainage, therefore reducing the amount of moisture that your eyes produce. FAQs on the LUMIFY website state, “Brimonidine is NOT a bleach or a dye. Low dose brimonidine selectively constricts the veins in the eye as opposed to arteries thereby providing effective redness relief with low incidence of side effects associated with other redness relievers when used as directed.” I used the product only once per day, but FAQs say you can use these drops up to 4x per day. In spite of the great effectiveness of LUMIFY eye drops, I would recommend extreme caution in using this product. I give this product 5 stars for effectiveness, but only 1 star to Bausch + Lomb for downplaying the possible safety issues inherent in including a glaucoma medication in over the counter eye drops without stronger warnings of possible side effects
