I purchased the Juice Beauty Green Apple Brightening Eye Cream about 2 months ago and have been using it on a daily basis since then in both my morning and evening skincare routines. The packaging is pretty, the bottle isn’t flimsy and comes with a pump instead of in a jar, which is nice. The Ulta website claims that this “brightening” eye cream “will help reduce the appearance of dark circles and discoloration” and is “effective for reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation, dark circles, and uneven skin tone and texture.”
Well, I say Phooey to all that because this eye cream did absolutely NOTHING to decrease any darkness under my eyes. I’ll give it 2 lippies for being a gentle cream, it doesn’t sting my eyes or anything like that and it’s moisturizing enough but it isn’t effective at brightening my undereye area in the least. You know your skincare isn’t working when even your 10 year old notices and makes a comment about your dark undereye circles!
Overall I wasn’t impressed with this product at all, and I think I have given it ample time to show at least some small results. Plus it’s extremely expensive, full price is $42 for only 0.5 oz. I definitely will NOT be repurchasing this, DISLIKE!!!!
