I bought this in Austria last year when I was searching for a light weight eye cream for the summer, when my oily, milia prone under eyes really cannot tolerate heavy creams. For hot, humid weather, this eye cream is perfect: gives just enough moisture, sits well under make up, comes in a hygienic pump dispenser bottle, and you get lots of product for the price. My only gripe, and it’s a big con for me, is the fragrance it contains. Why? Why was it necessary to include fragrance in an otherwise awesome product? I used to not care about perfumes, until I started having weird reactions to some skincare products containing lavender and other fragrances. Also, if you are on Retinoids (and even if you’re not), fragrance can make your sunscreen less effective and you might get hit with hyperpigmentation. So, all in all, I will this bottle up (bought it before my allergies to perfume kicked in) because it was expensive and I seem to tolerate it, but I will not repurchase. Remove the perfume, and I will buy it again for the summer season only.
