Doesnt feel as moisturizing. Goes on more like a thin gel. I did a test between this and cerave eye cream and this diminished my bags more. I dont care for the packaging…too much comes out

i’ve really enjoyed the FAB gentle cleanser and the ultra repair cream so i went ahead and bought this blindly. I was intrigued by the metal spoon at the tip of the product, Its very cooling and also a little treat in the morning to apply. The actual product is leaning more towards an eye cream than a concealer. if you are looking for a concealer then this wont cover much for under eye circles. though, it covers about 50% of discoloration which does help and i can apply less concealer after i use this eye cream. Its very hydrating and a bit liquid-y and runny. It blends into the skin like a lightweight eye cream with a peachy beige tint. It can def be used alone on a no makeup makeup day or just prior to your usual concealer. like i said it helps your regular concealer go on smooth and also you don’t have to put as much on since this does have a slight tint. My under eye circles arn’t terrible but i def notice it being a lot darker when i don’t use this. I love how i can use less of my regular concealer and they work really well together. I use Tarte CC Clay Color Corrector in Light Medium. This eye cream is expensive but i feel its worth it for the sensorial metal spoon and also its very moisturizing! i love no makeup makeup looks and this is really handy when it comes to a 5 minute no base out the door makeup routine. I use this and some mascara with a little bit of blush and i am good to go. I gave this 4 lippies because i wish it was cheaper and also had more pigment! I think you would like this if you are looking for a metal spoon type of eye treatment for mornings prior to makeup. I think the high price tag is mainly for that spoon.
edit- i tried this on one eye under my concealer and one eye without it. i can def tell a difference. the eye with the FAB eye cream is brighter. I set with the Laura Mercier Translucent Powder and the eye without the FAB eye cream has dryness and more texture than the one with it, which looks smooth with no dry patches. This has become an essential part of my makeup and i cannot use Tarte Color Clay Undereye Corrector without it. In fact, i dont even care for the spoon, the actual product is so damn good! Its depuffing and smoothing and so hydrating without making my undereyes shiney like the Becca Brightener.
Final edit- been loving this under YSL Touche Eclat High cover concealer! Found my hg combo

I obtained a small sample of this from Sephora before diving into purchasing it as it’s pretty pricey. I dab it both under my eyes and on my upper lids after applying my daily morning moisturizer with spf. It applies well and I am able to layer it on areas with deeper blue tones. I have pretty dark under eye circles. It hydrates fairly well although i’m not sure it will be enough in the winter months. It does brighten my entire eye area and conceals my dark circles somewhat. This is a tinted eye cream, not a concealer, so I expected that it would only provide light coverage. I really enjoy this for days or situations where I go makeup-free so I don’t look like i’m on the verge of death. However, for work and other events where I wear makeup I do have to apply a colour corrector and concealer over top as the coverage is definitely not sufficient enough. Using this under my makeup does allow me to apply less colour corrector and concealer though, which is a bonus.. My only thing is I usually prefer to use a primer under my eyes to smooth out fine lines prior to makeup application and you can’t apply that over top of this cream or you mess up the colour coverage, so I am yet to try applying a primer before this eye cream. My CC and concealer do apply well on top of this eye cream and they still hold up well throughout the day. I think I will buy this in full size because I do love the convenience of applying this as a part of my normal morning skincare routine and being able to wear it alone on more natural or makeup-free days as well as under regular makeup. This is not suitable as a night time eye cream however.
Update:
Over the past year or two my fine lines have gotten worse under my eyes to the point where it’s nearly impossible to wear under eye concealer without a lot of creasing then subsequent drying out and accentuation of the lines. I have tried nearly everything short of cosmetic procedures. After not using this product for awhile, I recently tried it again and it has become a life saver. It provides light-medium coverage with NO CREASING and NO DRYING of the under eye skin, therefore it does not accentuate fine lines at all. I apply this and then a very small amount of colour corrector literally just in the dark area only and then a small amount of brightening concealer in the tear trough area and voila, my under eyes are concealed, bright, and I don’t look 30 going on 55. Much less colour corrector/concealer is required when using this product and it holds up all day without turning patchy or cakey. I can’t go without this now!

I keep my eye cream in the fridge and use this in the morning and it feels amazing! The eye cream has a sheer tint with a slight shimmer to instantly brighten the under eye area.

Great for under eye dark circles.
Use under your normal concealer , and defiantly set it aswell using powder.
The metal tip is wonderful,
It’s super cooling ! And relaxing as well .
I feel it does help de puff my under eye.
Don’t get me wrong it’s not a miracle worker.
But this is a very good product.

It seems like the product I got is very different from that described in the other reviews here. It is a thick salmon-colored gel-cream. Initially I applied it directly to the skin with no other products. This was terrible. It dried to a bright orange, stiff, rubbery layer on my skin that looked wildly unnatural and which caused my undereye area to be much more wrinkly, due to the stiffness. Once it dried, it couldn’t be blended and the only way to deal with it was to remove it. I tried applying it in varying quantities, but even the smallest amount would dry into this horrible layer of orange rubber. Considering the cost, I wanted to get some use out of it. I have found that if I apply a layer of eye cream first, and then this product, it still dries to a rubbery layer, but it is a lighter shade of orange and it is blendable. if I blend it with my finger after it has dried, the colour lightens and looks OK. But even then, there is still a bit of the rubbery stiffness which makes my undereyes look worse. I have found no skin improvements whatsoever. I am giving it two points since when I use it as I described it does provide good coverage for the permanent purple shadows in the inner corners of my eyes, which are a challenge.

I read the reviews on this board and was a little sceptical (esp as this is not a cheap product) but took the plunge, and I’m glad I did! 🙂 I’m loving it!
I got the light/fair one, and even though at S$59 it isn’t cheap, it does what it says it does. It is highly pigmented and thus you don’t need to use more than 3 small dots under each eye and it does the job. Unlike some others, I like the metal applicator and though the shape isn’t perfect, it gets the job done pretty well, and feels really cool. Maybe that helps to de-puff. I also like that I don’t have to use my fingers, so it’s more hygienic. The concealing effect also can last me the whole day if I apply it well.
I’ve used it for a week now, and I’m quite amazed that some of my fine lines seem to have gotten less obvious! This, when an expensive eye cream I’d been using for a year hadn’t seemed to have helped at all. The fact that I stopped using my benefit fake up concealer may have helped, as that tended to be drying for my skin.
In conclusion I’m really happy that this product seems to be good and moisturising enough for my under-eye area as well as conceals (I only use really light makeup) at the same time. Convenient, and even though it isn’t cheap, I feel that it will last me a long time.

This is a unique and well performing eye cream. It is adequately hydrating and the pink color brightens well. I find myself using less corrector. I love the metal cooling tip because it wakes you up; the depuffing aspect seems gimmicky to me. my undereye appears brighter with continued use as well. Even though the cream is pink and I have a tan skin tone it blended seamlessly. Expensive but useful. I recommend but not a hg product.

I don’t understand what all the hype is about this little guy. I find it to be exactly like a peachy coloured concealer and it does nothing for fine lines/wrinkles/puffiness. I’ts makeup to me…not anything to reduce symptoms of undereye aging. It also does not blend as well as other concealers I’ve tried and the metal end is not great for blending in the product. I usually wind up having to use my fingers. And for the price it’s definitely not worth it.

I’m not a fan of concealer at all. It’s either too thick and looks unnatural on me or the coverage isn’t enough and isn’t worth the effort. So i figured the solution to my dark circles might lie in an under-eye cream. And I’ve found that this actually works really well for me. The cream is really smooth and goes a long way in covering my under-eye areas. It’s tinted a light salmon color so provides some coverage but definitely not much. The woman at Sephora who helped me select this suggested applying this THEN applying concealer but I wear this alone under my foundation. It make not provide me with great dark circle coverage but it has definitely improved the quality of my skin in those areas. I also enjoy applying this since the flip side of where the product comes out is a smooth, metal applicator which is wonderfully cooling to my eyes and feels amazing in the morning when my eyes are still a bit sleepy. A bit pricey at $36 but I’m alright paying that much for how well it works for me and how much I’ve liked the results.
