I don’t get any anti- aging benefits from this creme, however one good quality that it has is that it sinks I very quickly, which is great when applying make up in the AM. Ideally, for any eye products
I use in the morning, I prefer they absorb quickly so I don’t have to wait to apply concealer, etc

I got this in July at Sephora’s Weekly Wow deal, so it was half off. Yes I smell a slightly fishy scent, which lingers on my finger, but washes away easily. I do not smell this staying on my face. I like the gel-cream texture, it absorbs quickly and I like its hydration. So far I have not noticed major changes in puffiness, but my eyes look brighter and the skin around them hydrated. I’ll edit this review once I finish this and report any other results (if any).

I have some issues with dark circles and fine lines so I was really on the lookout for eye creams. I was in the high-end beauty industry some time back, so I got to try most of the skincare product lines. Unfortunately, this product was not one of the freebies. I was hesitant at first but eventually, I bought this product because of the raves I saw about it 2 years ago and I never looked back. For me, this is still the best product out there.
What I love about it: it diminished fine lines and dark circles. It also seems like it gradually made the skin around my eyes better as time passed. Late nights effects and no sleep do not bother me as much anymore.
What can be improved: the fishy fishy and did I say fishy smell? The first time I tried it, I did not want to do so again. But since it was pricey, I chose to give it a week and I’m glad I did. Eventually though, the fishy smell grows on you haha. The product expires quickly. I mean, if you go to places that are hot and humid, I would recommend putting it in the fridge, otherwise, the texture changes and efficacy seems not to work as much.

I used this product once last night. The smell of fish hit me, it was putrid. I woke up the next morning with burning itchy under eyes. They then swelled and I have been left with the most awful chemical burns! I do not have sensitive skin. I do not recommend this at all. Im devastated by the look of my face right now.

I am a huge fan of perricone products, especially the plasma lines. This was the only fail. I don’t mind the smell of any of the products except for this one. The smell was so bad I had to wash my face half an hour later. The smell never went away as it does with the rest of his products I use. It feels really nice on the skin , but the smell made me sick to my stomach.

I am not often moved to write a negative review, but Cold Plasma eye cream has prompted me to get on MUA straight away. The smell of this cream is truly repulsive – it’s like fish oil capsules plus another nauseating undercurrent smell I can’t pinpoint. Seriously, for me, it would be impossible to judget the performance of this since the smell troubled me so much. And, contrary to what some others believe, it does NOT go away. It lingered for me all day – so much so that I had to scrub my face and my fingers several times during the day to try to remove it. I would seriously steer clear of this stuff.

I gave this 1 lippie because it’s emollient and lasts all day for me in my desert climate.
However, this makes my eyes really red and it stings my eyes like hell. It’s also very expensive.

I tried many eye creams, from cheap to very expensive, and this one, together with Advanced Night Eye Repair of Estée Lauder, is the only one that works for me. It quickly absorbed, non-greasy, perfect as make-up base and it does minimize my eye wrinkles. The smell is not as bad as reported by other reviewers. It is mildly unpleasant and fades fast. Would recommend and will buy again.
