I’ve tried other products from the Botanics range and have never been overly impressed with them, so I approached this with the attitude of giving it a try, but not expecting a lot. But much to my surprise, this is actually performing well so far! I’ve been using it for about three weeks, every morning and evening, and I think I’ve definitely seen an improvement in the dark circles under my eyes. I’m not so sure about deep lines or wrinkles, as I don’t have any, but the fine lines around the edges of my eyes don’t seem so noticeable either.
This is more of a cream than a serum, but it applies really nicely and doesn’t take too long to sink in either, which is always a bonus in the mornings when you’re getting ready to go to work and/or put your make up on for the day. It doesn’t really have a scent to it, which is a bonus for someone like me who’s skin doesn’t do well with heavily scented products, and a little goes a long way so I can see the 15ml tube lasting me at least another three weeks, if not longer.
I would say the only slight downside with this eye serum is the packaging. The tube is opaque so it’s difficult to tell how much product you have left, and it’s made of quite a rigid plastic making it difficult to dispense the product in the small amount you need for the under eye area. I’ve had a few occasions with this where I’ve squeezed out too much, resulting in wastage. Overall though this is a nice eye serum that I would repurchase.

I have been testing this for the past 2 weeks on my dehydrated and allergy-prone skin. I have fine lines due to dehydration and allergy related puffiness under and around my eyes.
This serum is more like a cream, and goes on beautifully – smooths out lines and gives an immediate gentle lift to the area. Also a good base for makeup and I have had no allergic reactions or irritation from using it.
I will keep testing it to see if it gives more long-term results in term of fine lines and hydration and will update my review.
