Let me start off by saying I have extremely sensitive skin and EVERYTHING I try makes my eyes water like a faucet.
I had a free express facial at my local MN studio and they graciously let me try this out and voila! No irritation from the SPF! Hallelujah!
I am getting pretty bad crows feet prematurely due to sun damage and I love that is much cheaper per ounce vs other leading brands with the same ingredients. I love the pump design so I feel like my product isn’t being exposed to air when I open a lid. plus MN is made in the USA and not tested on animals so I am transitioning all my cosmetics and skin care to their products.
I love that the employees are very trained and knowelegable of the products and don’t seem irritated when I ask questions. I really felt like they cared about making sure I got the right products for my skin type.
I am a huge believer and fan of this line now

This eye cream has a lot going for it. It’s light, moisturizing and has an spf. It’s one of the very few eye creams that doesn’t cause long-lasting milia for me, yet is rich and moisturizing enough to make a difference. One lippy off for making my eyes water. I either use this at night, rendering the spf useless, or have to wait a while for the watering to stop to apply makeup. It’s also annoying when the pump bottle dispenses too much product. I’d prefer a small squeezy bottle. Overall, though, I will probably continue purchasing. It’s really hard for me to find an eye cream that isn’t oily, yet still does its job. Plus, Merle Norman never tests on animals.

This product replaces the older Luxivia Preventage SPF15 which I have used occasionally over the years. Many eye products with SPF make my eyes water so I tend to rotate around to find one that doesn’t. Recently I tried to buy the Preventage and was told it had been replaced by a newer and more wonderful product (this one) which, incidentally cost over $15 more! I bought it. It is not more wonderful. It cost about $40. It is still only SPF15. It does not go on smoothly. It comes in a container with which you push the top and it dispenses, usually, way too much. Definitely more sanitary than the previous glass jar but considering the price, I don’t want to dispense twice as much as I need. It goes on a little white but under eye makeup that is not a problem. It will still make my eyes water if I get it too close to my eyes. It’s not bad but for the price I would go back to the Paula’s Choice Resist Moisturizer SPF25 in which you get a LOT more for a LOT less money and a higher SPF. It applies about the same which is not great but once you smooth it out is fine under makeup. Most of the Paula’s Choice SPF moisturizers can be used around the eye. I’m going to try a different one next time. I will use up this product but will not repurchase.
