I had very high hope on this expensive eye product, thinking it can be replace my Shiseido Bio-Performance Eye cream. Big mistake! It is very moisturizing I gave it that, super light weight and comfy! (Occasionally there was this sting sensation!) But next day I woke up with dry under eyes, I faithfully use it day/night for the past month, I saw no differences… The moist doesn’t stay long enough, and it doesn’t hydrate enough for under eye concealer. My creasing got worse.
So far the best eye-cream that actually keep my creasing at bay was the Shiseido Bio-Performance Eye cream. For people who like cosmetic cop, she used to rated that eye-cream as one of the top eye product but unfairly rate it down to 1 star simply because of the added fragrance! From my personal experiences, beautypedia is no longer fair and completely bias… so just use it as references! They recommend this eye-cream but it really doesn’t do much.
Estee Lauder been having this ridiculous mark up every single year in Canada (and USA I suppose)! They added few dollars on the product each year, I do think they have complicated long ingredient list but what really matter is the actual result… just because on paper those ingredient “might” work, but sadly a lot of their cream including this eye cream just didn’t meet the way they advertise the product. This was 88$CND 8 months ago and it was a very new product on the market… now it’s 92$! I been following their price quite regularly and find it unacceptable.
I gave two stars for the good light weight moisture and ingredients. But that’s all. (Packaging is very poorly design, that glass applicator is just a gimmick, not very hygiene at all!)
(Note: This product once open… it will only last 6 months! It has the 6M sign in the packaging, which I am not surprised, given the way you need to use the glass application… I don’t even think product stability would go for 6 months…. 3-4 months at best!, buyers be aware!)

I feel that the ANR eye serum synchronized complex delivers a better result.
I noticed my fine lines under the eyes are more visible whenever i wear concentrate matrix under my makeup.
The greatest disappointment is the packaging.
I’m wondering how I will fully ‘finish’ this product given the poor design 🙁
I’ve given 1 ‘lipstick’ rating under price because of how little product i’ll get.
I won’t purchase again once I finish it, i’ll probably get another bottle of the synchronized complex.

As an eye serum/cream it is ok. Not the best from EL for my eyes. I have some fine lines and a bit of under eye darkness. It keeps the area hydrated, the lines are smoother but that’s all. It is an average eye cream. The packaging is totally wrong. The product remains stuck all around the inside of the bottle and you have to scrape it out with a spatula. Happy it is empty now. I won’t buy again

I have very dark circles and one crease that’s been with me since I was 13, plus the daintiest smile lines just beginning to appear, and generally I like my skin. Periodically, however, I read some skin guru who says if you aren’t treating your eyes, you’ll prematurely look like you were boiling acid in a cauldron. Did I mention I have dark circles? Plus allergies and headaches, so… I felt it best to give another eye cream a whack.
Eye creams always cause this odd burning sensation on my skin, but this very pleasantly did not. It moisturizes really, really well. It sits atop the skin in a pleasant way (or maybe I just apply way, way too much!) and in the morning there are still traces, but it doesn’t seem to *do* much. In eye care, I get impatient for results. It doesn’t smell, it doesn’t sting, it hasn’t caused milia. It’s a decent product (with the world’s dumbest packaging).
Rather than let the bottle molder in the cabinet, I pulled out the odd stopper thing (serious, Lauder. What. are. you. doing? You are not some rookie company – put the gol dang product in either a nice metal squeeze tube that I can recycle, or put it in a pump. Because this? This is a joke!) and am now using it up on my face AND my eyes. I DO notice a difference in my face, oddly – more uniform, less blotchy, more glowy. Overall, I wouldn’t repurchase it, even though I like it a great deal in some ways, because at $140 an ounce, it’s just not worth it, luxe though I feel slathering it on!

I couldn’t agree more about the very strange packaging of this product. I bought this in Switzerland so the instructions were in German, which I do not speak, and I was really confused about whether there was some trick with the applicator that I was not getting. The product itself is good. I need to give it a few more weeks to see if I will repurchase.

I love this product! I don’t have a lot of lines around my eyes but that area was slightly dehydrated before I started using this. I tried many eye creams before including Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Recovery Complex and none of them gave me this results. I use less concealer after this and look well rested but I do agree it would be even better with different packaging. 🙂

Very pleasant product in absolutely subpar packaging! The “applicator” is a total disaster, smearing the thick gel product all over the small opening, I honestly wonder if the company ever even tested the packaging before shipping out this new product. It is so bad I was tempted to knock off two stars for the annoying container alone and I indicated that I will not repurchase – until the company fixes the packaging. Ideally, this eye treatment should be offered in a pump bottle. This would make it easy to dispense the right amount without contamination and air exposure, protecting the ingredients.
With that out of the way, onto the product iteself which I really like: It is a whitish serum that moisturizes well, sinks in rather quickly without sticky residue and makes fine lines around my eyes less visible. My eye area feels soothed, plumped and pampered which is all I’m asking for in such a serum. Bottom line: I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for an improved container!

Hi! I got this product as a sample when I ordered the Advanced Night Repair Recovery Mask-In-Oil ( which I luv!) I have been using this product daily for a little over a week. When I wash my face at night before I apply any creams or serums, I check out how my skin is doing. I have noticed some fewer lines and more of a plumped appearance. I think this is a good product. I’ll be honest, i don’t love the applicator. Unsanitary….you are supposed to touch the tip to your eye area and then put it back in the bottle….not for me….I use a q-tip and apply this serum. I have been wearing it in the day, under make-up and at night after I cleanse before applying moisturizer and my fav oil. I haven’t noticed any mila, which some eye creams can cause. I like this so far and if I keep seeing results I will purchase a full size.
