I’ve bought and used at least five of these, recommended it to a friend who has bought it and uses it, and will use this as long as it is available! It does exactly what it says – I apply a coat over my colour and it dries so quickly I don’t even notice and go about my day. The bottle and brush are of perfect size and width.

If I want a plumpy look, I wear another top coat over the top so I use the wet set as a ‘drying’ top coat, dollop a thick gel effect top coat and then finish off with another coat of wet set. Can’t talk it up enough – underrated and at such a brilliant price.

The only thing is that the bottle dries and goes gloopy quite fast so I tend to need another one by the time I’ve used two thirds. I might try putting a few drops of thinner in it next time this happens.

This is a great topcoat. It’s very cheap (£2.99), has a lovely shiny finish and it doesn’t chip for at least 5 days.
