   I have been on the hunt for a good quality base/top coat and OPI is such a reputable brand and there nail polishes are generally very good so I purchased this with high hopes.
   Unfortunately, this is one of the worst base/top coats I have ever used! I have had cheaper brands that have performed better than this.

   Here are the reasons why this is such a poor product:

   *Takes forever to dry, both as a base and top coat. It leaves my nail polish super tacky for hours which is very frustrating and impractical.
   *Does NOT prevent stains on nails, every time I use any colour, light or dark, I always end up with a disgusting yellow tinge to my nails.
   *It creates a very uneven base, so my nail polish looks streaky and patchy.
   *Very pricey for an awful quality product.
   *My brush seems to detach itself from the actual lid, meaning I have to super glue it back together.

   Overall, I would not recommend you waste any money on this base/top coat! Needless to say, this will be tossed into the garbage!

   I have just purchased Orly Top 2 Bottom base/top coat so fingers crossed that one performs much better. I do really like China Glaze’s top coat and base coat however I find that halfway through the bottles, they thicken up to the point of which even polish thinner won’t help it.

   Stay clear of this eleven dollar crap. Cant believe how crappy this is. What a waste of money. Ive bought fifty cent polishes that worked better.
   Chips within two days if used as a base coat ,for a top coat its a joke no shine. When used alone it did hardned my nails but it had pratically no shine.
   When used as a base and top coat together i got bubbles all throughout my perfect applied opi polish what the hell. It messed it up at the last step and looked awful… lumpy full of bubbles.
   It took fourty mintues to dry now im stuck with nasty looking nails for a week. Because im scared to ruin my natural long nails with acetone again…2x in one week hell no they will break.

   This has been helping mu nails because I apply it to the tips every day. I have weak nails plus I knit. As a result my polish doesn’t normally last. This product has made a difference in the few weeks that I’ve been using it. It’s expensive, but worth it.

   Better than OPI Nail Envy as a base coat in terms of making my polish stay on…but the crappiest top coat ever. It drags on the nail which makes streaks in my polish and the shine is low to moderate at best. I will not purchase again.

   ok as a base coat but TERRIBLE top coat; bubbles + dried slow… also very expensive:(

   This is the worst. Expensive & makes tons of bubbles. Bubbles are a nightmare. I wouldn’t buy this if it were 25 cents. Avoid.

   I would give this a zero 0 rating if it let me.

   I’ve never been an avid user of neither top coats nor base coats, but I’m hooked after trying this. Fast drying, glossy, and not a singe chip for almost a week (then I get small chips on the side of one of two nails). I have naturally strong and fast growing nails so I can’t really tell how it’s working as a nail strengthener, but the other aspects make it an instant repurchase. Wasn’t expensive either since I bought it in Latvia.

   I had no problems with this product. Did the job. Extended the life of my polish. Prevented staining of nails. No strong chemical smell. I lov trying new products but I’d happily buy it again.

    Pros: Adds a nice shine to your polish
    -Prevents nails from staining

    Cons:
    -Takes too long to dry
    -Makes All polish look darker

    Don’t waste your money on this base/top coat. There are much better ones out there 🙂
