It dries very fast and can be worn on its own for a very subtle ‘your nails but better’ matte look. I actually enjoy using it this way. Worn alone it lasts 4-5 days on my nails before it starts chipping. It is slightly drying for my nails, so I can’t wear it continuously, or my nails start peeling.
I find that it doesn’t prevent my nails from staining by bright polishes. Also, it diminishes the longevity of my Butter London colors. I usually can wear it up to 10 days without any base, but only 5 days with the Priming Basecoat.
