Love the packaging, love the ‘feel’ of this toner on my skin, but I can not stand the smell of this. If you like Jasmin a lot, (and you can afford it) go for it. It will not disappoint you.
If the smell was not so overpowering I would have bought the full size bottle, just because it is a very good toner and refreshing product for your face and/or make-up. Try a sample first!

I decided to experiment with more natural products this year simply because I know for a fact some very simple products (rosehip oil, turmeric masks, etc) make a HUGE difference in the quality of my skin. Plus they’re cheaper than traditional skincare products and fun to play with. I haven’t done much research so the driving force isn’t totally fear of a harmful chemical…yet.
I have normal to oily skin, prone to sporadic breakouts ever since I got off the Pill, and resistant skin. The quality of the packaging is so beautiful as May Lindstrom focuses heavily on creating a spa-like and indulgent experience every time one uses her products. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me. I love sprays especially the Caudalie Beauty Elixer. I saw a difference with that as a toner and as a spray over makeup. This spray is a fine mist and I’m sure in the summer this would be a great, and splurgy, treat throughout the day but as a skincare addition it really is incredibly expensive especially considering I saw no difference. No noticeable moiztrrisation, no noticeable oil control, not even that great at helping makeup settle or look fresher, no brightness or dewiness. And I used it daily for about two weeks and then sporadically after that. It smells spicy and like chocolate-Jasmine scent which I didn’t like but I tried to power through. Most importantly, I didn’t observe any results and that is reason enough to save my $60 and spend it somewhere else. I’m going to give it another try in the sumer and see how it fares. After that, I’ll just use the bottle to spray my DIY toner 🙂
In short: If you like spicy scents and have a lot of money to spare, you’re interested in a super luxurious experience and beautiful packaging, you’ve experienced natural products and looking to up the ante, then this is for you. If not, skip it.
