I have combination skin with blackheads/whiteheads. oily on tzone and normal everywhere else, with some sensitivity.
my oily skin areas loved this. (I didn’t use it on normal areas though it doesn’t harm them if you use a teeny tiny amount I think) I found it really balanced the oily areas [maybe it balanced the PH of skin there ,I felt that ] and reduced their white and black heads production markedly.
I got it for 6.6$ at a major market [target-like, though now they increased the prices, darn ]. big sturdy packaging, it’s a sort of flexible plastic ,not glass, which is great, portable, well sealed. churns out the exact amount you want.
I thought I could get it rather than a primer, but I did get the primer after all. this one runs out fast too, it has a liquid formula. [not sure about how much alcohol it has but I don’t think they’re bad alcohols? idk ]
best used after a cleanser, and before primer and all, can be used on its own,it really reduces oils so well, especially on big occasion days, I’VE LOVED using it, it’s so easy and quick to dry and work with, I apply one two pumps on a clean tissue and go over. immediate matte effect. on no makeup days, especially in summer it was great to use because it’s so quick even without cleanser.
con: I’ve noticed it can really dry out an area if used too many times or with other mattifying agents, so be careful. now I only use it few times per week. once twice. no more. if you have really oily skin this could help. but again, be careful. the dry flaky areas are hard to treat , you would need to exfoliate and apply a thick moisturizer.
