I am very pleasantly surprised with this toner. I bought it on a whim whilst searching for skincare items that will not aggravate my extremely oily, acne prone and sensitive skin.
This toner is extremely gentle and does not irritate my skin in the slightest. When applied my skin is left feeling clean and refreshed. My skin gets no oilier after using this and my breakouts look soothed and calmed.
I would recommend this toner for all skin types, especially sensitive.

I love this toner and have bought it many times now. It’s pretty easy to find and it’s often on offer or available for a really good price. Think my current bottle was only £1.99. I find it very soothing and it helps to lightly hydrate my rather oily skin without it being overloaded. All in all a great cheap gentle toner that doesn’t strip the skin.

I have mildly sensitive skin, that usually dries out when I use a toner. This is one of the very few products that actually worked (closing my pores), while keeping my skin comfortable and balanced. It is up to pair to the likes of Avène and La Roche Posay, but it is significantly cheaper. All in all, a pretty effective toner with a great price/quality relation. I will definitely buy it again.

Got this on sale for $5AUD a few weeks ago. I’ve been using it morning and night since. I think it really works for sensitive skin as it’s not irritating at all! Usually when I go on a new product I’ll have a few skin purges but for this there was nothing. There’s also a lovely cool feeling that’s not overpowering.
It’s really nice to find a drugstore product that really works well for the skin. Because I just love how cheap this was and how it’s actually quite a decent product. Sometimes my skin gets a little itchy over some areas of my face that are a bit drier and this seems to completely soothe it. Fantastic. And when I get breakouts, they are starting to look less red.
I actually just switched from Witch Hazel, and this is much better.
I really didn’t expect many benefits from a toner but I will definitely hold on to this.

I started using this toner after they discontinued the cucumber toner which was my favorite. And now this has become my new favorite; whenever i see it on special, i’ll always always grab a few bottles to make sure i don’t ever run out of it. It contains water, glycerin, waterlily extract, vitamin b5, rosa centifolia flower water, butylene glycol and dipropylene glycol – all have excellent hydrating and soothing properties. I use it in two ways.
First is to use it as a normal toner – soak a cotton pad with this and sweep it across face to re-cleanse, gently pat face until residual’s absorbed.
The second way is to use it as a mask – soak a oval cotton pad with this toner and peal the pad into 5 layers (some cotton pads doesn’t peal that way, i use the priceline one) and place each layer on my forehead, nose, cheeks and chin. Take pads off 5 mins later and you’ll be suprised how hydrated and plump your skin is!! If you apply aloe vera gel before putting on the toner-mask, it’ll be even better.. Continue your usual skincare routine afterwards.

Top marks for this toner! I like the fact that it’s alcohol free and the ingredient list seems impressive. I have tried many different brands of toners from Shiseido, Kiehls to supermarket brands such as Witchhazel and nothing compares to the quality of this product. Unlike some that leave my sensitive/combination skin feel tight and dry, this toner gently removes any makeup residue and leaves my skin feeling soothed and clean. I’ll be stocking up on this product in case it gets discontinued!

I have been using this for about a week now with the Detox Cleanser and so far have had good results and no bad reactions. The fragrance is very faint so ideal for sensative skins like mine. I would definitely repurchase again and it makes a good replacement for the Fresh Toner I used to use and love which is now discontinued.

This toner costs around $10 at Woolworths supermarket in Australia. I’m on to my second lot which is a milestone for me because previously I’ve not been loyal to toners because they’re either too pricey to repurchase or have not made my skin feel like it’s worth putting it on. I’ve either switched to another brand or cut it out of my routine. This toner is different. It makes my skin feel really clean and very refreshed. It also lives up to its claim to soothe skin. Well done Garnier!
