I am using the enriched lotion. feel slightly drying. but smells good, doesnt irritate. Works fine.
Unfortunately I ordered 3-4 days after ordering the colour but with very poor performance. This is making me very sad and complaining about it. After reading the reviews, I started to check the tolling thing. Pretty well done.
Just went to store to inspect so I am just happy. $32 conditioner I have not tried them on before but this thing has them absolutely perfect. Just created my routine now. LOVE the other product that I bought the other one shipped after coupon works well. Great item.
Anytime I buy from store, I work in a large back yard.

I’ve been a fan of the Sekkisei Emulsion for a long time – have used for several years now and really like the texture, feel, moisturizing without being oily, and how easy it settles on my skin. For lotion I’ve popped around to various brands and for a while I was using the SK-II clear lotion and SK-II Facial Treatment Essence – however it just cost soooooooo much and I rather dislike the rotten egg like smell of the facial treatment essence. I had a sample size of the Sekkisei lotion and liked the smell, texture, the cooling/refreshing feel, and in general I did not feel like my skin was getting worse after stop using the SK-II lines, so I decided to make the switch (especially as the largest size bottle of this was on sale for 30% off in japan!)
So I went from using 2 liquidy products (SK-II’s clear lotion and facial treatment essence) to just using one. I use the Sekkisei lotion like it’s the clear lotion (wet cotton and wipe my face, as opposed to the facial treatment essence which I normally pour a little into my hand and pat all over my face). I can easily use this the facial treatment essence method (actually I might start doing that soon) as this has almost the same texture/lightness, except smells better and feels cooler/more refreshing some how. I’m not completely sure if the Sekkisei lotion is meant to be a treatment essence or not (SK-II basically split that first step in skincare into 2, and then the second step apparently has the important serumy stuff that usually belongs in step 2, the serum, and then SK-II has their own separate serum…uh basically it gets confusing and SK-II has an extra step compared to most other brands), but it seems to fall more in line with the treatment essence than the clear lotion.
When I say it has a cooling sensation I don’t mean that it contains mint-like content that kinda tightens your skin and makes it burn kinda cooling – it’s just whatever’s in it seems to somehow keep this really “fresh” so after a hot shower when I pat this on, it’s like a refreshing flow of cool fresh water kinda feel. super awesome!
I have never reacted/broken out from this or other Sekkisei products (note that in Japan there’s another line that look similar but has different kanji and sold at 7-11, I don’t believe that’s this line!! don’t get confused and buy that – that one did not perform as well!) and so far really enjoyed using it. Price wise, it’s somewhere in the middle, certainly not the price of SK-II product which I really like. SK-II really is nice but I don’t think it’s worth the amount of money for the product. For the same or more product and almost as good results and feel, I only have to pay half or less (depending on if you find a sale) for the Sekkisei in comparison.

Slightly drying on me and did not see any difference on my skin . The dryness was scary but did not cause irritation or pain upon using . Had bought it , as my friend had the most wonderful results from this . This have her clear acne free unclogged skin .

This is my hg lotion, I read that japanese skin care calls toner as lotion. I use it every morning and night before moisturizer with cotton pad. It helps me refresh my skin and I like to let cotton pad on my red spots or soon to be pimples and also itchy skin for about 5-10 minutes to calm those problem down and it really works well.
The ba told me that it’s safe even for babies, since I was afraid to try it because of my very sensitive skin. It does a great job, doesn’t irritate my skin, and alsooo get rid of my deep red boiled looking face (my face used to turn so red when I did some sports and sweating, cooking, laughing, screaming, and being close to something hot, hot weather). My dermatologist said that my red faced is normal (what??! Doesn’t make sense for me). And this lotion proves my doctor wrong. Definetly will repurchase
