I received a full-sized bottle from my 3B Beauty Subscription box. This particular month’s box was quite a deal since the toner actually retails for $12/10 oz bottle on Beauteque & $10 on Memebox. The 3B Box is $12/month and included other product samples/goodies! Surely you will find this cheaper directly from Korea, but them shipping costs…
I was immediately impressed with the packaging. It came with a tightly sealed clear plastic wrap that was easy to rip off, plus a silver foil seal underneath the cap to cover the opening. The bottle is tall, slim, & sturdy made with heavy plastic and has an easy flip top cap. There’s something about the spout/opening that controls the amount of product dispensed when you flip the bottle over. I love this feature because I hate when I pour way too much product than I needed. Nothing actually drips out of the spout until you give the bottle’s body a little squeeze or if you flip the bottle completely vertical with the spout facing downwards.
Since this is intended to help with clearing pores and tightening, I use this more like a traditional western toner and apply to a cotton pad to clean the excess dirt on my face after washing. You can apply it with your bare hands also – it absorbs very quickly and has a tightening feeling. The scent is very light, soft and kind of relaxing.
I have combo/dry/dehydrated skin, so I don’t want this to dry out my face even more, but sometimes my skin feels a bit oilier than usual and this is really refreshing. I’m extremely happy with how gentle it is and can see myself using this more often during the summers.
