This is a pretty decent toner, albeit expensive for what you are getting. I like how simple the ingredients are and how effective they are at cleansing. The smell is a bit sour, which is to be expected, but all in all, this is a good product.

I really tried to like this product. I’m really into essential oils and organic cosmetics. However, I tried this for a few days and started to break out. I have combination skin and I rarely break out. I was really disappointed. I’ve used witch hazel before as a toner and it fit my skin perfectly. However, I’m not sure if it’s the apple cider vinegar or essential oils but my skin isn’t responding well to this product. 🙁

Early review: I’ve used this toner only twice at night and so far it’s been great! I’ve tried many natural/clean toners and it seems like they don’t do much in terms of cleaning leftover gunk. This one makes my face feel so soft and calm after swiping it on with a cotton round. I hold the bottle to the cotton round and turn it about two to three times, enough to saturate the round moderately. Seems to remove any last residue of sunscreen or dirt from my face. It has a very subtle scent from the essential oils I think, nothing overbearing despite the inclusion of ACV. Overall, I am really liking this and it might become a staple in my ever-changing routine. Will update soon.
(I got this on New Year’s Eve from the S.W. Basics website when they were running a 50% off toner sale but regularly it’s $24 for 4oz; the glass bottle is VERY nice).
