This is a very nice moisturizing toner. It comes in quite a generous sized bottle. As other reviewers have noted, it is slightly thicker than other toners. I’m accustomed to toners being the same consistency as water, but this is ever so slightly thicker. It’s not quite as thick as a serum, but it’s a bit more viscous than a pure liquid. When I read about that I was a bit put off, but, honestly, don’t let it put you off. It’s not at all sticky, and leaves a beautiful, soft, smooth finish on the skin. While the product really does look like honey in the bottle, it doesn’t feel or act like honey. It doesn’t leave a film behind, but my skin does feel slightly moisturized. This may not be astringent enough for those with oily skin, but it was great for my combination skin. The one note of caution I would offer- this toner is quite strongly scented. The scent is beautiful- a honeyed floral, but if you’re sensitive to scent, this is not the toner for you.

I got this as a sample along with the Royal Honey Essential Emulsion. I really loved how these made my skin feel. The smell is wonderful and not too overpowering. I also liked how these are moisturizing without being greasy. Unfortunately, these kept breaking me out in tiny pimples around my mouth. Other than that, I think these are good products and are definitely worth a try if you can grab some samples.
