I came across this line by chance when I was looking for some Hada Labo products and found Meishoku pre toner and I love it! You use this before the lotion and you can use it alone as a traditional toner as well. I have most of this line so I use there products after I use the skin conditioner. I believe I read it also helps balance the skins Ph after you wash your face. I find that true as I have combination skin and this really balances it. I really enjoy this line because my pores are smaller and my skin is even toned and has enough moisture. I love the lotion and essence too. I also think this is very gentle and would work for many skin types. Recommended.
Update: just ordered my next bottle I find this the best for bringing my skins Ph back to normal after cleansing.

About a month ago I went to New York and spent some time with my aunt’s. They took me to a small Japanese market. I found this product there and immediately loved how cute it was. I bought it for $12 and used it as soon as I returned to my hotel room. Just apply it on to freshly washed skin and your face feels soft and smells great. The packaging, when translated, tells to use a cotton pad to apply, I just use my hands once I’ve washed them. Honestly this product makes your face feel fresh and moisturizes without the feel of oil. I still use it and it still feels the same on my combination skin.

this is the best japanese brand i ‘ve ever use, it make my pores smaller and it smells like roses and it leave my skin soft and not dry or oily, Highly recommended! get that at pacific mall in Toronto for $18 cdn and included taxes. will repurchase it again, it good for all skin type!
