I love this toner/essence. I use this as a reset after my cleansing and before serums. Also a nice follow up with any acid toner. There is a travel version great for plane. It has a wonderful smell!

I started using this 10 years ago and haven’t gone a day without it… not only does it smell wonderful, but this calms/heals my skin and provides it with lightweight moisture. Truly amazing!

I have been using this for years also. I used to use it as just a toner, now I also pour some in a small spray bottle put some DMAE additives in it and use it to set my makeup and tighten up everything. Great stuff, wonderful smell and very soothing. No breakouts from it, no drying feeling and gives a dewy look to makeup.

My facialist used this on me during a facial and I fell in love! The scent is heavenly! It has really helped improve the texture of my skin. Sometimes I just mist it on and let it sit, other times I wipe it with a cotton ball. HATE the glass bottle so much. Always afraid I’ll drop it on the bathroom floor. I need to transfer some of it into a plastic spray bottle. Will repurchase again and again!

love the relaxing scent, the new formula is much better 99% natural and paraben free. very happy with it. just the bottle is so heavy to use. i wish it wasnt so big , heavy , bulky, and glass.

I love this toner. I have dry, sensitive rosacea prone skin and this toner calms it all down and is the perfect prep for Yon-ka moisturizer. I adore the smell although some might find it too woodsy. It is pricey but a bottle last a long time. It is a heavy glass bottle though and I am always afraid I will drop it.

Lovely toner for apres Lait Nettoyant. I spray directly on my face, neck & décolleté after cleaning in the morning and spray on a cotton pad to wipe my face after cleansing and before applying evening serum & moisturizer. It is pricey, but the 6.6 oz. glass bottle lasts about 9 months.

I got a large sample of this product from my facialist and I really like it. The smell is lovely, and it’s the only spray-on toner I’ve ever used that I think makes a difference (I’ve started using several Yon-Ka products on the same facialist’s recommendation, and while they are pricey, they’ve really helped my heretofore very confused and acne-prone skin). I will definitely be buying a bottle when my sample runs out. On my facialist’s recommendation, I spray it on after cleansing and rub it in a bit with my fingers, so I use it a bit more like an additional thin serum than like a traditional toner. The only downside to the full-size version is that it comes in a glass bottle, which I know is better for health/environmental reasons, but still makes me a little nervous that I’ll drop it and it will shatter everywhere.

Mmm, Yon-Ka products are bliss! I’ve been using this line off and on for 13 years now, and I only wish I had lots of available funds so I could constantly keep my stock replenished! This is a lovely “toner” (it’s categorized as a lotion but it really falls somewhere in the middle – meant to prep the skin for the moisturizing step but also serves some purifying purposes), and it smells like heaven in a bottle. (I wish I could bottle this has a fragrance, especially for stressful days!) The packaging is well-made and the spray nozzle is the best I’ve ever used, bar none – it gives a solid, even and wide spritz on the first go. The glass bottle is a bit bulky and heavy, but I’ve travelled with two Yon-Ka toner bottles across the Pacific and back and never had any dramas with cracks or breaking.
My skin much prefers the Combo/Oily Yon-Ka lotion, but I like to use this one in the winter when my face get drier. It keeps my skin balanced and hydrated. I am likely to repurchase as I have in the past, but I always need to give myself a pep talk first in order to cope with the price tag!

This toner really helps with my dry skin. I do feel that after I spray it on my face that it helps to soak in all the goodies from the my moisturizer. My skin is complicated – dry, extremely sensitive, yet acne prone. So I wash with a pretty strong cleanser (one with salicylic acid and gly. acid), and this helps to calm and prepare my skin for what’s to come. When I say calm, it REALLY does the job! Sort of balances out the strong stuff I need to battle the acne with it’s gentle touch. Just yesterday, my skin was very irritated with inflamed red patches (ouch!) and when this arrived in the mail, (just yesterday), I sprayed it on and, wow,the redness went away! I maybe quick to judge but so far, it’s my second day and the itchiness and irritation has gone.
