Got the ‘moisture’ bottle as I find ‘high moisture’ a little sticky. Second purchase already. It’s cheap, mild, alcohol and fragrance free, does its job of moisturizing and prep skin for subsequent products. Didn’t break me out or cause clogged pores, can be a affordable toner mask too.
Packaging is simple and nice, would recommend complementary purchase of a spray head, makes life much easier.
However, expect nothing too impressive.

I don’t use toner much but dry skin, I thought I would try the high moisture.

5 lipsticks to that one toner that’s light and unscented. Tbh, at a younger age I always opted to scented beauty products as I found light scented ones boring (lol). BUT now I have reached my 30s I realize and learned that milder to unscented ones perform better and not clinically laden as those that have strong scents. ^^
I got curious to Muji products when my friend introduced me to the newly opened store around my area. Wow, I instantly got curious of the mildly scented toners and beauty products wonderfully arranged in their store.
Back to the toner, for one it does not give me a sting. It feels like water on my face. Very light. It does not tighten either bec I am only after something light toner to take care of my skin’s moisture. Something that respects my natural oils. After almost a week using it I have noticed my skin looks firmer with just the right amount of moisture. It looks natural. Thank you for this product. ^^

I bought this when I visited Tokyo, Japan. I had dehydrated skin at that time and saw this high moisture toner. The colour of the product is milky and looks very hydrating. Indeed it’s very soothing for the skin, with a very light fragrance. I liked it and would buy it again.
