I bought this skin softener fully aware of the cons because I wanted to test my luck and hope that the pros which came with it would work for me.
This is the first item I have tried from this brand. The packaging is simple and beautiful. It comes in a heavy glass bottle (not suitable for travelling though) and the mouth opening is rather small as the liquid is slightly viscous. You’ll have to give it a good thumping to get some product out (but if you are stingy with your product application then this mouthpiece is perfect)
The softener has a herbal medicinal like smell which to me is rather nice but I’m not a huge fan of the alcohol in it. Overall I’m glad that this did not break me out and it did give my skin a slight more plumped up look and I’ve notice some brightening. On a side note, my face did itch a few times during the first few applications.

I purchased a deluxe sample kit that included the Softner, Serum, Emulsion, & Cream. I tested each product individually as well as all together. All have a clean, refreshing, & relaxing herbal scent that’s not too strong (compared to Sulwhasoo/History of Whoo, this one has the lightest amount of herbal fragrance).
This is a slightly thicker watery liquid that adds a little bit of extra moisture/hydration to my skin. I had high hopes for this product after reading Skin & Tonics’ review, but for some reason, it doesn’t seem to do anything for me that would make me want to reach for it every day. I was quite sad that this isn’t as exciting as I thought it would be. I did enjoy the emulsion from this line as it was a suitable option during the summer, but not quite hydrating enough for my dry skin during the winters.

I got this toner and the soap for facial wash during my trip in Korea few years ago.
The china SA was strongly recommending this ( not sure if its for her comission) while i was getting my usual Laneige toner. I have not heard of the brand and was a bit hesistant due to the herbal smell, don’t really fancy products with herbal smell but decided to give it a try since I went all the way to Korea, why not?
Firstly the product is in a glass bottle and its damn heavy. One of the heaviest products I ever had. Contains 150 ML and the toner itself is really thick. I use it only at night and pour over a tissue paper. The scent was much more manageable than I thought. It also contains alchohol as well. It is for moisturing and anti wrinke whitening effects.
I didnt know this was endorsed by Jeon Ji Hyun ( You who came from the stars) until I googled the reviews.
Overall is a nice to try but I will probably stick to my usual Laneige toner which is scent and alcohol free.
