I only use this toner in the summer or if I go to he Caribbean due to its high alcohol content which can dry skin out. It is perfect when it is hot because my face can get so greasy you can literally fry a burger on it. I find it keeps my oiliness under control without striping my skin and also works on blemishes. The ingredients are pretty good with witch hazel, aloe vera juice and Salicylic Acid making appearances. You also can’t beat the price!

I want to say I don’t know why this is an “exfoliating tonic” because it doesn’t exfoliate the skin. I was nervous because the brand is aimed at pre-teens (8 to 12-year-olds), but this is a nice toner! It mostly did what it said it would: clean clogged pores & whisk away excess dirt & debris. I initial reason I bought it though was because it’s natural, & the label reads: gives skin a totally calm, poreless matte finish. I have oily skin, so a mattifying toner’s just what I need. I moisten a cotton round & sweep it over my skin at nighttime. Unfortunately, it just didn’t give me the matte finish I was hoping for. The rosemary, mint, & spearmint oils smell good. Like I said, this toner is natural—it contains 100% natural white willow bark. It also has natural rosemary & mint soothe & calm skin. The main ingredients are water & witch hazel water.
It is/was sold at Walmart for $8, but I picked it up at my local 99¢ store. If you are looking for a toner that actually leaves your skin matte, skip this.
