After a not-so-great experience with TBS Seaweed toner, I’m glad to say this one lives up to its claims. It’s not your typical astringent toner, this one has a milky consistency which despite being, is still quite light. I apply several drops to a cotton pad after cleansing and love how my skin feels immediately better hydrated and visibly brighter too. The only downside for me is the fragrance which is quite noticeable and something I generally try to avoid in skincare when possible. On days when my skin is more reactive, I do feel that the fragrance in here slightly irritates it and makes the situation worse, so I tend to avoid using it on those days. But as a hydrating/brightening toner this works very well on its own, and I find it works even better when used before the Ginseng & Rice mask.
