This is just the best toner ever. I’ve been using Elizabeth Arden’s Ceramide Purifying Cleansing Cream for a while, and I decided to add this toner with it. I was not disappointed. It’s a dual phase toner. So, you have to shake it before using it. It does have alcohol, but strangely, it’s not drying. This toner removes any last traces of cleanser or makeup, and makes my skin feel clean and plump. I was never a toner person before this, but now I’m converted.
Edit: I’ve just discovered Lancome’s Tonique Confort toner, which isn’t filled with alcohol like the Ceramide Purifying Toner. The price is nearly the same but the Lancome product is better. I’ve adjusted my rating for the CPT review.

I don’t use toner very often as I can’t really see the point in it if you rinse your cleanser off well. This is an average toner with a lot of alcohol in it (it smells very strongly of alcohol and stings if you happen to get it on broken skin). It makes no difference to my skin at all, and I mostly use it for removing thick cream masks that I apply (at least this way I am using it rather than just throwing it away).
Maybe I have a bad batch, but the toner in my bottle separated into a white powdery layer on top and a pink liquid on the bottom. I just shake it before applying to a cotton pad, which mixes the two layers. It doesn’t actually dry my skin like other toners I have tried that have had a high alcohol content, but it still isn’t something I would ever want to use every day on my face. I have several samples of this toner that I got for free, and I will use them up but will not purchase this product.

This toner is the bomb. I absolutely love it. I even have oily skin and it still makes my face beautiful. Makeup/and or powder glides beautifully on my skin after using it. It feels very balanced.

I wasn’t to sure about the color of this product it looks like something accidently got put in the bottle. pink and cloudy. I hate the smell of this but then i’m not to happy about the scent of any Elizabeth arden products that I have tried. the alchol content is pretty high. I’ve used less then a 1/4 inch of product. probably won’t use up. It feels like I have to clean my face after using this and it’s supposed to remove the residue from your face.not rebuy for me.

This is an ok toner. it does a good job at removing makeup. But it does have alcohol in it so some people might not like this at all. It smells quite nice and does leave the skin nice a clean and refreshed. Others might like their skin to feel dewy and smooth after a toner.

Amazing toner…great scent, effective, and I love the look of the bottle. Sometimes I forgot to shake the bottle and I noticed 2 seperate liquids, perhaps water and and oil based substance. Not sure if something was wrong with the bottle that I had thought. Will repurchase.

I used to use this all the time and I used to love it. For some reason, I left it behind for years. Recently, I rebought it. And now I think I know why I left it behind. It feels so cool on the skin, I just love that. And I love the bottle and the colour. But my cheek started to burn. Really burn. After all I have been doing to calm my skin down, it acted back up again. I thought, hmmm, what could it be? Then realized the only new thing in my regimen is this. So back it goes.

Simply love this toner. I don’t care for the alcohol though, some may like the refreshing feel of alcohol but I personally am not too fond of it. However, despite the fact that this contains a outrageously high amount of ‘harmful’ alcohol, it doesn’t burn at all which came as a surprise since other toners that contain the ‘skin friendly’ versions burn my skin. This toner is quite heavy and leaves a balmy moisturizing film but it can be attributed by the high amounts of skin repairing ceramide and cholestrol it contains. All in all a great soothing and repairing toner.

I LOVE THIS STUFF!! It’s great because most toners dry out your skin, while this actually moisturizes it. Not much to add to other reviews, it’s just awesome. WILL purchase again and again and again!
