I have used this All Bright Micellar cleansing solution and the Botanics Hydration Micellar cleansing solution. And while they have different ingredients the both work about the same for makeup removal. This producti s unscented, which I prefer. Effectively removes eye makeup, waterproof eyeliner and mascara, foundation and sunscreen without irritation. This also does not leave a greasy or oily film on my skin like the Cetaphil Gentle Makeup remover does.

I was lucky enough to get this product free as part of by O2 mobile rewards app, a nice surprise and thanks to the sales assistant in Boots, who told me about the offer and helped me find the app on my phone when I went to pay.
I am currently using the micellar water to cleanse my skin when I am not wearing make up. I use cotton wool pads to lightly rub the product across my skin and throat. So far, it seems to be working well. When I am wearing make up, I like to use a cleansing balm so haven’t tried it with make up removal.

I added this review under the toner category, although I use this primarily as an eye-makeup remover. I recently ran out of Bioderma which I had been using for several years, but since I live in the U.S., that product was difficult to locate here so I decided to look for a replacement and found this at my local Target. I like Boots, and I like their Botanics line even better, so when I saw that this was a micellar water, I was happy to find a decent replacement for Bioderma. I wish the product packaging were better designed – the product is not sealed and doesn’t have a dispenser so a lot of product comes out with one go. It also stings a little bit which I attribute to one of the plant ingredients in the product. Having said all that, it does an excellent job removing mascara and leaves my eye area soft and not dry and tight.
