I haven’t liked any tinted moisturizers before because the one’s I’ve tried are not very tinted and not very moist. But the Honest Beauty one is amazing. I have the regular version — not the oil-free. I bought it in Honey, which is perfect for my summer skin. A small dab will cover my face, and I apply it with my fingers so it will melt into my skin. I add a little concealer where needed, and I’m good to go. I usually use it over the Everything Primer. I love the way my skin looks and feels with this product. This is enough coverage for me for most days — my skin looks healthy and glowing, yet polished. Some people have mentioned an odor. It just smells like natural products that don’t have any artificial fragrance. It’s not strong and doesn’t last long.
It lasts all day. I don’t know if that’s because of the formula or the primer, but even after sweaty workouts where I’m dabbing my face with a towel throughout the workout, it’s still on my face and not on the towel. I’m really impressed with the Honest Beauty line, and I think this is a winner!
(Note: after experimenting, I know it’s the primer that keeps it on my face during a sweaty workout. If I wear the tinted moisturizer to the gym w/o primer, it will transfer to a towel when I blot my face, but there’s still enough left on my face to make my skin look good.)

I really wanted to like this as it’s all natural plus who doesn’t want to use what Jessica Alba uses right? Well, let’s just say that this product was just ok for me. I didn’t like it too much because 1) I found it really hard to blend as the texture was super thick and not easy to spread, 2) it disappeared after a good 6 hours or so and then left me blotchy, and 3) it was drying on my skin hence i got itchy near my jawline and chin as the day went on. I think this tinted moisturizer would wreak havoc on my skin in the Toronto winters since it’s already so drying in the summer time. And yes, this is the normal tinted moisturizer (not the oil free one). The finish is semi matte. I used the colour Cream for my NC20 Chinese skintone. Sadly, I won’t repurchase this again 🙁

This is great medium coverage tinted moisturizer. I saw a you tube review and find out that you have to wam up between your finger befote put it on your face.. It does give more coverage than most of the tinted mosrurizer. I am yellow under tone and nector worked.
Rated 5 out of 5 by 1730sb from Multi color made my hair look smoky, mixed good and not heavy With much help from Linoleum (I actually love this product)
Rated 4 out of 5 by MSM @blissgoods HairNeedle from did not work up very thin (the -3 means full amount of moisture) All I had was this and 5ml called max spray.Had to go as part of product one.4 buds started smelling harsh from my tap & only about a half hour before spray was gone. No effect.

Oh I had SUCH high hopes for this product. I am desperately trying to find a light to medium coverage foundation or TM for replace my HG CK one that was discontinued. I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun and nothing has come close. I read about this TM that had buildable medium coverage without all the icky gross ingredients that are so bad for our skin with the added benefits of anti aging ingredients and stuff that is good for our skin. Unfortunately, this didn’t live up to the hype and I am so bummed.
The color I bought was honestly nectar. Hoping it would be the right color match (NC 25 to 30-prefer more neutral colors) but it was too orangey. This had a very weird consistency. It came out super thick and when applied, it did not sit or blend well onto the skin. I tried with my fingers, a stippling brush, a kabuki and nothing seemed to work. It sat on top of my skin in streaks and couldn’t blend it at all. I can’t even attest to the finish because I had to was it off. I also ordered the same TM in the oil free formula so we will see if that one lives up to the hype as many prefer the oil free formula over this one.
I will say however, that honest beauty has an amazing customer service department and have been so nice and helpful. I know these products are coming to Ulta soon so give them a try and see what you think.
