I really like this. I wear it alone on days where I can’t be bothered putting my face on and it evens out my skin pretty well. For ‘light’ the colour is way too dark but I only wear it in the summer when I usually either have a tan or have some fake tan on, so that works for me.
I always moisturise before I use this as I don’t find it moisturising enough on its own, but I have slightly dry skin, so you may not need to do that. I’d also say that applying it with fingers only might give a bit of streaking, so i tend to use fingers and then go over lightly with a damp makeup sponge.
Where this works brilliantly, in my opinion, is when mixed with a foundation. I use half this, half CYO Lifeproof (in a shade that’s a little too light, so they even out to my perfect colour) and it looks fab, giving me a solid medium coverage.
I’d like to see a few more colour options, but I’d recommend this tinted moisturiser to others with a light-medium skin tone.

Just awful!
Nivea moisturizers are quite good but I had forgotten my foundation at home when I visited my parents home for a few days and found this laying around on my mum’s dressing table. I thought I would give it a go as I had nothing else with me. I absolutely hated it! It’s so thick and heavy looking and looked so patchy. I have dry skin and as it is marketed as a tinted moisturizer I thought it would be more hydrating like many of the other tinted moisturisers I have tried. The colour is very dark on my skin (and I had just got back from my holidays.) Really disliked it!!!

I purchased this on a whim to complete a ‘buy two get on free’ deal
I’ve had tinted moisturiser before & not been impressed, but this is great.
It’s ideal for days when you don’t want to wear full make up – I think trying to layer it to mimic foundation (and being disappointed with the result) is kind of missing the point.
It evens out colour tones well – it was fine before I had any tan, and also good now that I do, and provides a light sun screen.
Stays on well – even on sticky days when I’ve mopped my brow & the tissue has been coloured with the moisturiser, there’s still lots that comes off when I clean my skin in the evening.

I would say you get what you pay for. The price is nice and cheap but the coverage I found was vey light. Colour match was great I’m quite pale and found it blends really well. I think you need to try it at home a few times and work on building up layers and not just slap it on and hope it look like max factor.

This product is amazing! I either use it under foundation if I want more coverage, this allows full coverage whilst letting the skin breathe! Or if I don’t want to put any foundation on I use it on its own for lighter coverage. The smell is nice and it is not expensive at all – great value for money. It may be too orange for some skin tones however if you mix some of your normal moisturiser in as well it will be perfect.

First tinted moisturiser ive used but it works well, blurs skin imperfection and evens skin tone. However it does feel quite thick and sticky and does not moisturise well. I also feel that it breaks me out, if I don’t use a cleanser beforehand it feels over-oily. but overall it is a good product and makes your skin look naturally healthy

I love this! I took it on holiday and it was perfect for me as an alternative to foundation- I am usually quite fair skinned so the colour was perfect for me with a tan. Now I mix it with my Estee Lauder DW foundation- as its still summer I am slightly tanned so it gives my DW a bit of colour and makes it less heavy.
I find it gives my skin a lovely glow and the coverage is good for a TM. Would def buy again- I’m actually on my second tube now.
I love that Nivea smell, and it feels lovely and creamy going onto my skin.
The tube is a bit crap though, but given how cheap it is I can’t complain.. it just gets so grubby being all white and plasticky I feel too embarrassed to get it out at the gym!

I purchased this last year because i needed a lighter and healthier alternative to foundations, but i totally regret it. In the beginning it was nice and it really did give me light coverage and fresh look, but after a while it started to look cakey and greyish on my face. Had to throw it away! Will not repurchase!!

This was my first tinted moisturiser and it is still my favourite. It gives nice coverage, adjusted to my skin tone, has SPF and good staying power the only con is that it’s hard to blend.

As someone who has fairly pale skin all year round, I’ve always been a bit cautious when it comes to tinted moisturisers, which have a tendency to look very dark on me. But with so many on the market to choose from these days, I thought it was about time I tried another one to see if my opinions could be swayed.
Sadly, Nivea’s attempt at a tinted moisturiser won’t be the one to do the swaying. On first applying this I was quite surprised at how thick it was – much thicker in my opinion than some of the medium-to-full coverage foundations I’ve used in the past. And I would also question its moisturising properties; after application my face felt considerably drier than it did beforehand.
This labels itself as ‘Natural’ in colour, but as far as my skin is concerned this would only ever be natural if I was a satsuma. To give a fine example, I used this for the first time before a shopping trip with the husband and it was whilst sitting in a little, secluded cafe that I realised this wasn’t the moisturiser for me when he uttered the immortal line: “What’s wrong with your face, it looks really orange?”
As a last ditch attempt at trying to make this work for me, I tried mixing it with my regular moisturiser to see if that would make any difference, but to no avail. It’s sadly now gone in the bin.
