   I love this tinted moisturizer on my slightly oily skin to give me coverage and sun protection in one step. Many products break me out but this hasn’t. It has a satin finish and light coverage that is buildable to medium. I have used my fingers, a beauty blender, and a brush to apply and they all work well for me. I really like the ingredients and the ewg score. As this is a more “natural” product, it separates so it is really important to shake it thoroughly before using, otherwise I don’t think you would be getting the sun protection benefits (I am not a scientist so that is just my opinion). if it comes out liquidy, I know it needs to be mixed more- it should be a lotion consistency. My only complaint is that the packaging makes it hard to shake it well, so I have to knead it to get it mixed. All in all, it works well for me and I have already repurchased.

   The W3LL People Bio Tint Multi Action Face Moisturizer has an SPF of 30 and is a “cruelty free product free from parabens, coal tar, Phenoxyethanol, Petrolatum, DEA, Nanoparticles, synthetic fragrance, Propylene”, the list continues. It does contain Zinc Oxide 20 %
   The labeling on the side box states it was designed by the W3LL People Beauty Dream Team which includes a celebrity makeup artist and a cosmetic dermatologist.
   I sampled the product on two seperate occasions in the store before making this purchase.
   What I found was the consistency in the store was not what I found in the product once I brought it home.
   In the store, the consistency of the mousturizer was firm, meaning it held itself together. At home, once I pumped from my new tube, the product dispensed almost as a total liquid, it was runny. Not near to what one would expect from a ‘moisturizing’ product.
   I applied to my freshly cleansed face and the product certainly lacked a ‘satin’ finish – yes, it dissolved into my skin but not easily. I applied one more pump of the tinted face moisturizer with the same results. Perhaps that is how the product is designed to work. It did not brighten my facial skin. I only know it was not smooth, nor did it leave my skin bright as the claim states it should.
   Perhaps this product is more appropriate for a different skin type? I have normal to dry skin – dry around eyes.

   I hoped to report this $28, 1.2 oz tube of W3LL People tinted moisturizer brightened my face, especially as I am currently paying $39 for a 3.2 oz tube of my Image Skincare Daily Tinted Moisturiser ( I purchase from my dermatologist’s office). The Image tinted moisturiser not only has a 30 SPF, it truly brightens my ‘middle age’ looking face. I combine the tinted foundation with a less than pea size pump of foundation for medium coverage.

   In my opinion, the W3LL People Bio Tint Multi Action Face Moisturizer unfortunately was not able to hold a candle to my current Image skincare daily tinted moist product.
   I will not purchase the W3LL People Bio Tint Multi Action Moisturizer again.
