I use this as sunscreen, because is not even close to my skin tone. Is really light and doesn’t break me out. Really good price, smells super nice.

I got this as I really like the blue coloured biore uv aqua rich thinking that this is the tinted version of that. However, the texture of this product is more creamy much like an ordinary bb cream with sheer coverage. There is only one shade available which thankfully, matches my skin tone quite well. It does accentuate dry patches but this problem is solved by mixing it with a light moisturiser. This product does contain tiny glitter particles which is unnoticeable unless looked upon very closely.
Texture & fragrance :
This product has ordinary bb cream texture and blends quite easily. It has pleasant fresh scent.
Packaging :
It comes in an ordinary pink tube and is quite small in size; travel friendly.
Overall, this product is quite handy for daily use as it doubles as a sunscreen. However, it is nothing special and there are lots of better ones in the market.

I’m sorry but this product was horrible for me. One thing that bothers me is that turns out super white when you put it on. So people who aren’t that fair, tough luck. Anyway this product made my skin very weird and blotchy after a few hours. I can’t descrube how weird it looked but really really weird. So….try it at your own risk!

I’m not entirely sure if this is classified as a bb cream or a sunscreen by Biore, but it basically functions as a tinted sunscreen. If you’re looking for a traditional bb cream with pigmentation this isn’t going to work for you, it goes on sheer.
However as a tinted sunscreen, I really like this product. I chose this formulation over the other Aqua Rich products because it had better sunscreen filters such as zinc oxide and tinosorb s, while the other Aqua Rich sunscreens seem to use primarily uvinul a plus, which I’ve never found much information on. When I ran the filter percentages listed on the back of my version’s packaging (I got the Taiwanese version) through the sunscreen simulator, I got a PPD of about 10, which isn’t too bad. So the protection is quite adequate, I think.
Application wise, this sunscreen sinks in extremely quickly, and I am able to put an entire 1/4 teaspoon on in about ten minutes. It has a slight citrus smell, but isn’t anything too noticeable. However, I have had some application problems due to the fast drying nature of this product and its tint. It has a tendency to, if not spread properly or fast enough, dry in noticeable beige clumps that look quite a bit like peeling skin. Not very flattering! However, through trial and error I was able to basically eliminate this problem by applying with a foundation brush and using a primer first. The brush allows for easier and more thorough smoothing of the areas where the product clumps up, and the primer helps to prevent clumps and makes everything apply smoother.
I haven’t had any significant problems wearing this under makeup, although it does look much better under makeup when worn over a primer. Before I started using the primer my pores sometimes looked clogged when I wore the sunscreen and my bb cream, but with a primer everything looks fine now.
The only significant problem I still notice with this sunscreen is the value for money, although this isn’t anything too different from other Japanese sunscreens. I paid about $17 with shipping for my bottle, and after about 6 days I noticed that the bottle was visibly emptying at a much faster rate than I expected. So I have been keeping track of how many days usage I get. I am currently on day 21 and I think that I have about half a day’s usage left. That’s more uses than I thought I was going to get when I first started noticing the package emptying, but still not many. If one were to use this sunscreen regularly, it would have to be repurchased quite frequently.
Overall, this is probably the best facial sunscreen I’ve used, although it definitely comes at a significant price for the amount of uses in a package. The protection is good, and the application is excellent if applied with a foundation brush over a primer. If you’re willing to accept the cost, definitely give this one a shot.
