I used a full tube of this before reviewing. I’m N20ish and have oily, sometimes sensitive skin for reference. This product is essentially identical to Cotz Face Prime & Protect Tinted SPF40. Ingredient lists added below for reference. Only difference is the price (this is more expensive than Cotz). This sunscreen is excellent for around the face. There is a tint but I feel it is there to offset the cast that mineral sunscreen otherwise has. If you are very fair, it’ll be too much tint. This tint is ok for me and doable… but right on the edge of my comfort zone with tints. Any tiny bit darker and it would definitely not work. It’s a great sunscreen. Minimal ingredients, mineral sunscreen. It is a thicker cream so spreading across the face takes time. It isn’t a problem, just a detail. I tend to “dot” it all over my face and then rub in. I heard about this product while watching Dr. Stefani Kappel on YT. Once I received it, I noticed on first use that it seemed identical to Cotz. I checked ingredient lists and confirmed they are the same aside from the last 2 ingredients in TIZO3 are not in Cotz. One lippie off for: spreadability and price (why would I repurchase this when I can purchase the Cotz tinted version?). Otherwise it does exactly what it is intended to do and, with minimal ingredients, causes no irritation on my skin. Definitely recommended – but try Cotz tinted prime & protect first!
